  One of my dreams was to spend a month in Utah, skiing and exploring the region. Len helped make this dream a reality. This house was the perfect size and location for the two of us, with room for the occasional visitors. It was nicely decorated, very clean, and nicely furnished. The views from the living room are spectacular, and the views from the back of the house are pretty good too. We enjoyed the pair of horses across the street, and fed them carrots and apples when they looked bored. A pleasant surprise was that the house included many of the staples one needs, such as condiments, tea, sugar, spices, etc. Pots and Pans could use an upgrade, but otherwise the kitchen is well provisioned, with enough mugs, plates, etc... to last us awhile before running the dishwasher. Even a tea pot was there, in addition to the coffee maker, so all our caffeine needs could be easily met. The Starbucks across the street also helped in that area! The location was perfect for us. It's about 20 minutes at most to Snowbird and Alta, and bit longer to Solitude and Brighton. Its walking distance to a Redbox (at McDonalds), grocery stores, restaurants, ski shop, etc. Close also were a variety of movie theaters. Downtown Salt Lake was only 30 minutes away, easily accessed via I-15 or I-215, which are only 5-10 minutes from the house. The house is on a side street, dead end, off a busy 9400 south. But with the windows closed at night, we couldn't hear any street noise. The Master faces the back of the house, West, so it stayed pretty dark in the room in the morning, which meant we could sleep in til 8 ish and not be blinded by the sun. The wifi wasn't working properly initially, and Len was great about helping to get it up and running. It was working great by the time we left, so shouldn't be an issue for anyone in the future. Our focus was on skiing, but if your travels take you to Sandy for any other reason, there is still a lot to do in the area. Note that this house has two modest (single sink) bathrooms, so that, more than the number of bedrooms, will limit how many people might be comfortable here. Great flat screen tv with a decent channel selection, plus a DVD player too, for evening entertainment.

  This place was absolutely perfect for our Thanksgiving weekend. It was very clean, modern, and tastefully decorated. The pictures don't do it justice. It had all of the amenities we needed including dish and laundry detergent, linens and extra pillows. It even had fresh condiments in the fridge and some snacks and a nice note left by Len on the counter. There is plenty of private parking around the back in case you have visitors. Len called to make sure we arrived okay and to see if there was anything we needed. The beds were more comfortable than the ones we have at home. We slept soooo comfortably! We weren't staying to ski this trip, but the location is perfect. Right across 9400 S, you have access to the busses that take you to all of the ski resorts. We will definitely be back!

  Thank you Len and family for sharing your home with us . We really enjoyed the comfort of your home and all it has to offer, this is truely a delightful and the perfect place to stay! We really enjoyed all the amenities your home has to offer. The best part of our stay was finding my brother and family lived only two blocks away! Location and the conveniences to all the nearby shops and eateries within walking distance . We plan to return to the beautiful City of Sandy for a winter ski trip sometime, as Alta is just a a short distance away, and hope to have the opportunity to stay in your home again which is the perfect a home away from home!

  Beautiful home in lovely area - very close to mountains and within walking distance to an awesome park! The pictures do not do it justice - the cleanliness was much appreciated - its difficult to feel at home in rentals sometimes, but this house was perfect for us. Thanks for a wonderful pleasant stay!

  Great experience, easy to work with, and really well worth staying at this home. Over the summer we traveled to a basketball tournament in Sandy Utah and we rented this place. It was the best thing we have ever done. It sure beats the hotel stays and early cheek outs. Highly recommend this place..

  Nicely maintained home (as pictured & described) with ample space for our family meeting here from 4 different states for a graduation celebration. Location worked very well for us as our niece lives in Sandy; but we all agreed that it is a perfect house for a ski vacation with such easy access to the nearby mountains.

  I wasn't even expecting to have such space outside the home, and the inside was just what this family ordered! The upstairs was spacious and comfortable and perfect for cooking, mingling, watching tv, and watching the gorgeous sunset from the back balcony. The back yard presented a great hoop for backyard basketball and barbecue. Best of all, the location was within minutes of the mountains, the malls, and just about everything else within our imagination. Owners were more than accommodating, and were reachable at any time for questions or help. Thank you for a wonderful time! We are already planning our next visit over the summer and only hope this place in available.
