Grande Villa is an amazing gulf view home located in the lovely beachside neighborhood of Frangista Beach. Situated close to entertainment, dining, and shopping, this home is the perfect getaway for large families. This beautiful beach home features all of the amenities that you could want on your vacation. Grill out and enjoy your own large private pool and fenced in backyard while being only 50 yards away from the beach. This 6 bedroom home boasts 3,000 square feet and spacious wrap around gulf view balconies perfect for relaxing or entertaining. Each bedroom comes with a television and DVD player as well as one of each in both living rooms for a total of eight throughout the home.
On the first floor, you can find a secondary living room with a television and queen sleeper sofa. This room opens up to the large screened in porch which overlooks your private pool and backyard. There is a guest bedroom with two twin beds, a television and a full bathroom. You can also find another bedroom on this floor that is perfect for the kids! This room has two twin/full combination bunk beds, a queen sleeper sofa, and a television.
The second floor features a large open living area with a queen sleeper for any extra guests. This room opens up to the dining area and kitchen, providing excellent flow for entertaining. The dining table can seat eight and four more at the large breakfast bar. The kitchen is equipped with top of the line GE appliances. The porch off the main living area features a gulf view and plenty of outdoor seating, making this the perfect area for outdoor dining, entertaining and relaxing. You can also find another guest bedroom on this floor that features a queen bed, television, private bathroom, and pool view balcony.
There are two master suites that can be found on the third floor. There is one with a balcony overlooking the pool which features a king bed, television, and private bath with whirlpool tub. The other features a gulf view balcony, king bed, television, and private bathroom with a whirlpool tub. The fourth floor features a loft which doubles as the final bedroom and offers the best views in the house! This room has a twin daybed with a trundle, a television, and a small Juliette balcony with breathtaking panoramic views.
