Our beautiful beach house is the perfect family getaway! It's located on the sound/waterway and has its own dock and three private back balconies and a deck for spectacular sunsets and relaxation.
Our non-smoking house has two complete living rooms and a quiet den/sitting area. The front of the house has a second level balcony with a view of a lagoon and the ocean in the distance.
The house has been completed with many upgrades giving it a designer's touch. Furnishings and linens are of high quality for maximum comfort. There are 2 lower bedrooms (1 with queen, 1 with 2 twin beds) and 4 upper level bedrooms (master with king, queen bedroom, and 2 rooms that each have 2 full sized beds).
Our renters have use of the Isles ocean front pool, sundeck, hot tub and tiki bar! We are a five to ten minute walk to the beach or 1 minute by car to the Isles Beach Club with beach access,showers, bath rooms,restaurant and pool.
Ocean Isle Beach is surrounded by many beautiful, top notch golf courses. A 25 minute drive and you're at North Myrtle/Barefoot Landing/Broadway at the Beach, with many shops, restaurants, nightlife, and theaters. Neighboring Shallotte (ten minutes) has shops, restaurants, cinemas and more.
We have a super place for the summer vacation, as well as for quiet off season and holiday getaways! We provide beach chairs, bikes, fishing poles and more for our guests to use. Many of our guests choose to stay with us again!

We had a group of 6 ladies from NC and SC and spent 3 wonderful nights here and there is not one thing we would have changed. Well, the weather wasn’t the best, but who cares……The house is beautiful, the bedroom layout is great and the views are outstanding. We enjoyed the many spacious decks/porches, the IPod docking station with surround sound…. The well equipped kitchen made for great nights cooking and drinking wine. The owner, John, was great to work with and answered all our questions, and made sure we had everything we needed. We will be back...Thank you!!!!Recommended for: Girls getaway, families with young children, age 55+, families with teenagers.

We spent a week in May of 2010 for a long over due family reunion and loved this home so much that we came back in September 2010 with friends for a second week! This home is beautiful and stocked like no other beach home we have ever rented!Recommended for: Girls getaway, families with young children, adventure seekers, families with teenagers.

About the owner: We have been vacationing in Ocean Isle for 10 years. We have 6 children and enjoy having a beach vacation with extended family members usually once a year. Our home on the sound has been the perfect spot to create memories with our family. The waterfowl, exploring the sound when it empties, and kayaking on the sound is our families favorite things to do while staying at the house. The sunsets are beautiful to watch from the rear deck after a long day at the beach. We only live 3 hours from Ocean Isle which allows us to get down there whenever we can.
Why the Owner Chose Ocean Isle Beach:
Ocean Isle is a quiet family beach with just enough restaurants, shops, & entertainment. The ocean is beautiful along with the long flat sandy beach. Minimal traffic allows for running on the roads and cycling with ease. The sound offers it's own entertainment with waterfowl, swimming, exploring, and kayaking.
