Rent in luxury here at the Boca Grande Club in our 1700 square ft, two bedroom, two bath condominium. By day, you are only steps from the private beach right on the Gulf of Mexico, and by evening, enjoy the cool ocean breezes and stunning sunsets over the water. Additionally, Boca Grande Club amenities, including beach chairs and umbrellas, full gym with machines and weights as well as tennis courts, will keep you entertained throughout the day whether you are on or off the beach.
Located in this private gated community, our ground floor corner condo makes it one of the community's most beach-accessible units. The unit has central AC, thermostat, and ceiling fans in both bedrooms, living room, glassed in lanai, and entry way. All rooms, with the exception of the carpeted bedrooms, are tiled.
The master bedroom has a queen bed with 100% cotton high thread count sheets, a connected master bath, 32 inch flat screen television, spacious closet, and gulf view windows.
The second bedroom has two full beds with 100% high thread count sheets, an attached full bath, and 32 inch flat screen television with VCR. When our family stays in the condo, our four children can easily share the beds in this room.
The condo is equipped with a full kitchen, complete with appliances, dishes and a fully array of cooking and eating utensils. A formal dining area that seats eight people, and a casual dining area overlooking the water that seats four to six people. The living room has a 42 inch television, full stereo system, DVD player, Playstation 2 game system with various games, including Rock Band, and a sleeper sofa that can be easily converted into a bed after a relaxing day at the beach.
An additional sofa sleeper is located in the entry.
The Boca Grande Club also provides luxury amenities available to all guests of our condo. The clubhouse has both formal and casual dining options available year-round for those nights you do not feel like cooking. There are also eight lighted clay tennis courts, an available tennis pro (in season) for lessons, a basketball court, and a full gym equipped with weight and cardio machines. There are also several shared pools and hot tub, with poolside lunch and drink service at your disposal. The Club also rents golf carts and bicycles for you to use around the club, or to take a short trip into the town of Boca Grande. The front desk can assist you with golfing reservations, boating and fishing options (Boca is known for it's tarpon fishing tournaments), spa recommendations as well as many other activities.
Boca Grande is located in southwest Florida, nestled between the larger towns of Naples and Sarasota. Though it is only 7 miles long, Boca Grande offers great shopping options, wonderful restaurants, and even late night ice cream at the Loose Caboose to satisfy your late night cravings. Being only a five minute golf cart ride or a twenty minute bike ride from the Boca Grande Club, this quaint 'Old Florida' style town is a perfect retreat on any night of the week.

Why the Owner Chose Boca Grande:
Our family has been vacationing on this island for many years. We live 35 minutes away. The public beach on the other side of the island is generally regarded as the best area beach, the one that the locals bring guests to. Our beach is better and never crowded. We enjoy the quaint town of Boca Grande and are equally satisfied eating fresh caught Pompano prepared by the Club's chef or picking up a white spinach pizza to-go down town. As soon as we cross the clear waters under the causeway, we could just as well be in the Florida Keys - minus the commercialization. Since the beach has limited public access, finding the perfect spot to lay-out or hunting for unique shells is much easier.
The Unique Benefits at this Condo:
Our building sits adjacent to the Boca Grande Club's 'community garden'. To the casual observer this area is a lushly landscaped oasis including a large grassy area with tropical shade trees and flowers. A closer look reveals well manicured details. Among the banyon trees you will find a picnic table, hanging swing/bench and shaded walkways winding through edible herbs, fruits and vegetables. Seasonal and year round residents plant just about everything: parsley, basil, thyme, rosemary, tomatoes, eggplant, and much more. Permanent trees include lime, key lime, lemon, fig, mango, avacado, bananna, grapefruit - and all are considered yours to enjoy as our guests.
