Welcome to Casa Suerte. The location of this exquisite three-story home combines the best of both worlds--beach and town. In the heart of Sayulita and boasting incredible panoramic village and ocean views, Casa Suerte offers a beautiful retreat a minute's walk from great restaurants, shops, town plaza, and two-minute walk to the beach--with surf breaks.
Designed and constructed by a renowned local architect, Casa Suerte combines light, art, views, and functionality in a way that will further enhance your stay. You will find yourself transported from a vibrant village environment to a private paradise the minute you step through the door.
The street entrance opens into a peaceful garden and cobble-stone area with secure parking. A spiral staircase leads to each of the home's three levels, all with open floor plans. The first level includes a well-appointed living room and spacious kitchen with massive hand-crafted counters and eating bar. A lovely garden room leads to a full bathroom complete with artistic detail. French doors open to a spacious patio equipped with a gas grill, dining set, and fabulous ocean views. The specially-designed sofas can be made into two twin beds or one king bed.
On the second level, French doors open from two sides of the master bedroom leading to a patio with spectacular views and, in the other direction, a beautiful private garden with a soaking tub and fountain. Retreat to this quiet garden area for private sunbathing, reading, or napping. A strategically placed window offers views of the surf breaks from your bed and a wonderful, cool cross-breeze(the room also has a/c). In addition, a small room off the master bedroom has a twin bed and great view of the ocean, ideal for a child. A full garden-like bathroom completes the setting.
The rooftop terrace has a breathtaking 360-degree view of the town and ocean. Equipped with chaise lounges and bistro set, the roof top terrace is ideal for sunbathing from morning to night, reading, and dreaming.
Every level of the home has incredible views, but the rooftop is our favorite place to watch the sun rise, sip coffee, and listen to the town slowly waken. From our perch, we can watch whales migrate, hear the waves, see if the surf's up, and feel the pulse of Sayulita. In the evening, as the day slows, we drink margaritas, snack on tacos from the local stands, watch the children play in the streets, and enjoy the sun set.

A housekeeper comes three times/week.
Our manager, Chito, checks in the am nearly every day.
