LA PETITE VERDIERE

Situated between the beautiful town of L'Isle sur la Sorgue and historic Fontaine de Vaucluse, "La Petite Verdiere" is an oasis of calm and tranquility, and a perfect base from which to visit all of Provence's treasures.

As a self-contained, non-smoking apartment ajoining the owner's house, you will enjoy the privilege of 4600 square meters of enclosed, private garden and an eight by four meter swimming pool. The French proprietors both work full-time, so you will normally be sharing the beautiful grounds with only a few sleepy cats.

The property is two kilometers from the centre of L'Isle sur Sorgue. Through a pair of automatic gates, you will take the gravel driveway to your own front door.

Under a pergola, you have a table and chairs for outdoor dining, then through the front door to fully equipped kitchen with table and four chairs. To left of kitchen is bedroom with double bed, bedside tables and lamps, chest of drawers, wicker chairs, view to garden.

Through kitchen, into hallway with large closet, you will find living room, utility room and bathroom. The living room (25 square meters) has two quality sofas, which transform into two double beds, with fully sprung mattresses, an armoire, TV (French stations), bookshelves, coffee table, armchair, views to garden and pool.

The utility room has washing machine, iron, ironing board and sun loungers. The bathroom has shower, two washbasins and a toilet in seperate cubicle with door. All towels and linens are provided. There is full central heating for Winter lets.
