Beautifully decorated three bedroom, three bath, non-smoking home located on the sixteenth fairway of the prestigious Ocean Point Golf Course on Fripp Island, South Carolina. Includes use of a golf cart.
Great views from the living room, dining room, and rear deck. The house is located on a quiet cul-de-sac that provides restful retreat, especially after an exhausting day of lying on the beach, playing tennis, golfing, walking, biking, or fishing.
The great room has a vaulted cathedral ceiling and celestial windows, very comfortable leather sofas and chairs, a TV with VCR, and plenty of seating in the dining area.
The deck on the rear of the home looks out onto the golf course. The home has three bedrooms each with their own full bath. The master bedroom has a queen bed, the second bedroom also has a queen bed, and the third bedroom has two twin beds. All are beautifully decorated.
Fully equipped eat-in kitchen has new appliances including dishwasher, refrigerator/freezer, disposal, range, microwave, and lots of dinnerware, silverware, and cooking utensils.
Fripp Island’s three and one-half miles of pristine, unspoiled beaches offer sand dollars, seashells, hermit crabs, and starfish galore. Fripp Island is the perfect place to leave your worries behind!
This 3000-acre gated resort is host to such diverse wildlife as deer, herons, pelicans, osprey, egrets, alligators, and occasional loggerhead turtles.
Fripp's stunning natural beauty is evident all around and it is obvious why Hollywood chose to film "Forrest Gump," "The Jungle Book," and "The Prince of Tides" on Fripp Island.

The Club’s facilities include: the Ocean Point Course and Ocean Creek Golf Courses (two 18-hole golf courses); Tennis Center with eight fast-dry and two hard courts w/ fully-stocked Pro Shop; Marina (wet slips, dry slips, boat ramp, charter services, bait, gas, showers, etc.); Nine swimming pools located in 4 pool complexes and the Cabana Club poolside restaurant and bar; Excursion Rentals (golf carts, bicycles, mopeds, boats, wave runners, & kayaks,); Five restaurants ranging from “19th Hole” to the Beach Club Restaurant; Camp Fripp for children ages 3-12 & the Teen Center for ages 13-16; Small Fitness Center

We enjoyed your lovely home - it was very well equipped. The golf courses were wonderful, we saw a lot of gators; however, we didn't see the huge one behind the house. We had a ton of fun crabbibg but highly recommend wearing shoes that stay on your feet! All of the island surroundings were beautiful and quiet - just the get-away that we were looking for! This is our 3rd trip here to 29 Fairway Club. It's like coming home every time. We know that we won't run out of toilet paper and we don't have to bring our own salt & pepper! We enjoyed your cozy home and all the amenities of home. There are lots of tree frogs this time of the year, and my son William has "adopted" 2 tree frogs. Had a wonderful fall break.
