The master bedroom has a queen bed, walk-in closet, and private bath with tub, separate shower, and two sinks. The second bedroom has two twin beds and the third bedroom has a queen sofa bed. The guest bedrooms share the second bathroom. The dining room accommodates six guests with room for an additional two guests at the breakfast bar. There is ample free parking on the street and in the stroller and wheelchair-accessible parking lot.
Take your car to the beautiful state parks and beaches of southern Delaware or catch the Bear Trap Dunes shuttle to Bethany Beach (Memorial Day through Labor Day). Bear Trap Dunes offers many activities and is an easy commute from the east coast's major population centers. The planned community's architectural style, open spaces, and activities appealed to me, as well as Bear Trap's easy access to the beautiful beaches of slower, lower Delaware.
The Unique Benefits at this Condo
I enjoy the quiet, private location of this Golf Villa and the views of the woods and golf course. I've seen deer, foxes, and rabbits, the night sky is lit by stars, and occasionally I've heard an owl. The ocean is a quick drive away as are a variety of fine restaurants and interesting shops. There is always plenty to do.
If I just want to relax, I grab a snack, reading material, and sit on my deck or covered porch - napping is easy!

Beautiful Serene Setting for Your Vacation

The unit is professionally decorated and furnished--very comfortable and elegant too. The screened back porch is a restful setting facing Bear Trap's preserved woods. You sit on the porch to read and have your coffee and are serenaded by chirping birds. The end unit and first floor location make it easy to access and quiet. The beds are very comfortable and the unit is fully equipped. It is very clean--doesn't even look like it was ever rented, which is very unusual for a beach rental property these days. There is parking in the front on the street and there is an additional parking lot in the back of the villa building--easy to pack and unpack all that beach gear. The beach shuttle is air conditioned! nice pools and the golf course is a Scottish links type--well manicured and a challenge. We enjoyed our stay.
Recommended for:Families with teenagers, romantic getaway, age 55+, girls getaway, people with disabilities, families with young children.
