Spacious home in a lushly landscaped small complex in the beautiful resort community of Princeville on the north shore of the Garden Island. Our condo is located between the famous Prince and Makai Golf Courses, and is a short walk to Anini Beach. The Mauna Kai condos have the largest swimming pool in Princeville, and you will enjoy all the parks, walking and bicycle paths, as well as the beaches of Princeville. Close to restaurants, shopping, and Hanalei Bay.
Our condo features three bedrooms with one king, one queen, and two twin beds. The ground floor features beautiful sandstone tiles in the common areas to keep the living areas nice and cool.
There is also a separate, second-floor loft with new queen-size futon. Elephant bamboo furniture, ceiling fans, and a huge banana plant surrounding the back lanai let you know you are in a tropical paradise! Be prepared to fall asleep to the occasional warm tropical overnight rainshower, and awaken to a chorus of island birds.
With lush forests, turquoise waters, coral reefs, white sand beaches, 3000 foot vertical green cliffs, and plenty of amazing waterfalls, it is no wonder so many Hollywood studios have chosen this area for a tropical movie set. Come to Kauai and enjoy the real thing!
