Pelican Preserve is a 55+ golf and tennis community with lots of amnities including town center w/ restaurant, movie theater, biliards room, indoor and outdoor pool and much more.
Condo is fully furnished and equipped with evrything you need. Both the master and quest bedrooms have queen-sized beds and large closets. All linens and towels priovided. Kitchen is fully equipped with a bistro table and chairs. Dining room table seats 6. TV in living area is 42" diagonal. Another TV is in the master bedroom. Ceiling fans throughout. Laundry room is equipped w/washer and dryer. All appliances and furniture purchased new in 2010.
