  I have limited mobility, so for me, this was the best possible place for easy access both inside and out. The place was immaculate! Very cozy, pleasant and quiet with lovely surroundings and such a convenient location. (And a VERY comfy bed!) You couldn't find a nicer home away from home anywhere - everything was simply perfect! Thank you, Renee, for such a lovely place!

  Recommended for: Tourists without a car, age 55+, families with teenagers, girls getaway, people with disabilities, sightseeing, families with young children, pet owners, romantic getaway, adventure seekers.

  What a lovely place to spend my 60th birthday with family including our dogs. Your cottage - suite is beautiful and very well appointed. Thanks for the fruit, muffins and coffee. Such a nice touch ! The patio was great and a very relaxing place to sit with the dogs. We had a great weekend.

  The suite and the weather were both perfect . Thanks so much for the lovely welcoming gift. Fruit, coffee and muffins after being on the road was fantastic. Lucy will remember her play date with Dixie and Sunny. Look forward to our next trip to the County.

  Its been a little bit of heaven getting away from it all at your lovely, clean, cottage like suite at Four Poplars. We have enjoyed our stay thoroughly and exploring the County has been great too ! Thank you and thanks for the yummy muffins !

  We found the location very convenient for commuting. It's close to BOTH the 401 and the ferry. The owner is very hospitable, considerate and friendly. She had personal touches like home made muffins and very good coffee ready for us when we arrived. The view of the bay was not the greatest, but the grounds were perfect for my dog to play and to relax with friends. The landscaping is very nice and very luscious, if you're looking for good clean air, this is the place! The bathroom was a nice size and the shower was great. I would stay here again.

  We stayed at the Four Poplars mid June 2012. The place was new, well maintained, and just lovely! The kitchen was well equipped with all the utentils we needed to have great BBQs at the private patio. The owner was welcoming, and very helpful in letting us know about the local attractions. Overall, I would definitely come back and stay here again next time I am visiting Picton :-)

  Even better and newer than the photos show, this place was great! The owner has done a phenomenal job renovating the place, and her attention to detail shows. (We own 2 VRBO places ourselves, so we notice!) Beautiful pine (and that new-pine smell!) throughout makes it feel both cozy-country and Scandanavian-modern at the same time, comfy couches, beds and a brand new porch to wach the sunset. Our dogs had a great time playing with her adorable pups, and the location just outside Picton suited our needs perfectly. We've already recommended it to family.
