We had a great time at this condo. It was very clean and had a great view of the bay area. It was very conveniently located - only 3 blocks to the beach; one of the island's only grocery stores was just across the street; the famous Mac's pizza place was next door; and important to us - Smugglers Cove - the tacklet/bait store was right down the street. We were there in the off-season and two of the only restraunts open for business - the Mirage and the Concord were within walking distance. It was the first time we rented via an owner (usually we go through realtors) - but Andy was great to deal with and it was an easy transaction to do.
