  This was the holiday of a lifetime and although your villa wasn't the cheapest it was well worth the money. Everything was as expected including the cleanliness which couldn't be faulted. We once had to call on the Management Company who were very prompt and efficient, nothing seemed too much trouble. Will definitely recommend you to other friends and may be back in 2014.   We had a fabulous vacation and the vacation home was everything we expected and more... perfect for our large group. It is truly a beautiful home away from home! We enjoyed it very much. I trust the condition was left as well or better than when we arrived. If you are ever in need of a reference I will be glad to brag on your behalf.

  Just wanted to touch base with you to say that we had a great trip and everything at the house was perfect. The kids truly enjoyed themselves and though we were out each day the evenings were kept busy with the pool, games room and videos. The location also worked out great for us as well. We have recommended it to some other people that may look at it for their next vacation. Thank you very much for the professional and courteous way in which you handled our inquiry.   We had the pleasure of spending our first family Disney holiday in this beautiful villa. The management company was very helpful when we had to call them. The villa was just as pictured...clean, spacious and full of all the amenities you need and close to Publix, CVS and Walmart. The pool was a big hit with our children and our friends children. They asked to leave the parks almost everyday in order to come home and swim. The neighborhood is quiet and lovely. It was nice to come back to the villa after a long day, spread out and relax! Thanks for letting us use your house.

  This is the second time my family and I have stayed in this beautiful home. Last year when we stay my family fell in love with this house and the community. The house was in absolutely fantastic shape, and the pool was crystal clear. After staying at this house my family and I decided that Florida would be our fun vacation destination every year and we would not stay anywhere else. What I loved about this house was that it had everything you needed for the comforts of home, plenty of room for the kids to play, and for my husband and I to have some quiet time. If you are looking for the perfect home away from home this is your house! We will never rent anywhere else but this house every time we go to Florida.

  This home was beautiful and perfect. We had the kids and grand kids with us and we all had our own space. Lots of TVs and game room was a great place. Pool was great for dipping in after a long day at the park. Close to Disney, restaurants, grocery store and Walmart. House is exactly like the pictures, first class. We will definitely choose again when we return to Orlando.

  This home was an amazing place to stay, we loved staying here. It was a great home, close enough to everything we needed to get to, but in a quiet area. The layout of the home was great and it had everything we needed. The home was very clean and very well maintained. We would definitely stay here again if we come back to this area because we had a great time, we miss it already! Thank you so much for everything! Kelly Broek Phoenix
