1...great owner 2...great house w/great layout and great pool 3...clean house 4...great layout 5...great location...close to town...close to beach We will be back again!!! FAOwner response: I just love it when vacationers have a fun experience at my house using the pool and cooking on the grill and using the new granite counter kitchen. This family is totally delightful and I thank them for their positive comments. I hope to see them again soon. Thank you for staying at my house.

We stayed in the home for over a month and totally enoyed it. The home is on a quiet street and within walking distance to shopping and restaurants. The concrete wall that encloses the yard makes for total privacy from the neighboring homes. The heated pool was always warm enough to jump in. We used it almost every day. The kitchen was well equipped with granite countertops and every appliance you might want. The bedrooms are separated on each end of the house which allows everyone their privacy. Two of the three bedrooms are equipped with king size beds and ample closet space. The owner has taken pride in maintaining the house and is always available if any questions or problems arise. He also recommended a number of good restaurants. Everything that was specified in the description was accurate and met all of our expectations. We visited a number of the local restaruants (Mulligan's, Mr. Manatee's, Bobby's) that the owner recommended and were not disappointed. We have every intention of renting this house again in the future. We have rented in this area before and this is the nicest house that we have rented.Recommended for: Age 55+, families with teenagers, people with disabilities, families with young children, pet owners.

What a fantastic house and a block from the beach. Usually when my family goes on a vacation, upon arrival, I have to clean. This house is immaculate and I did not have to do a thing but put on my bathing suit and head to an awesome private beach!! The kitchen had everything I could think of for cooking. Nice pots and pans and every kind of gadget I needed was in the drawers. Tons of dishes too. The appliances were nice and modern and stainless steel. There was even a mixer for baking. Although the kitchen had everything we needed, the weather was so perfect -so we found ourselves grilling outside. Nice set up! The house has a great flow and open floor plan. My children enjoyed being on their own side of the house and each bedroom had queen beds and tv's. This house was so convenient to great restaurants and shopping we walked or rode our bikes. It seemed like each time we ventured out, we found a great new store or delightful restaurant. If we wanted to drive and go over the bridge to other stores it only took minutes. We had 6 people in our party and were comfortable. We would definitely rent this house again and hope to next year.Recommended for: Tourists without a car, age 55+, families with teenagers, girls getaway, people with disabilities, sightseeing, families with young children, pet owners, romantic getaway, adventure seekers.
