Stroll to the Market, bagels, seafood market, liquor store, ice cream, surf shop, flower shop, several womens' boutiques, CVS, WAWA, several excellent eateries. Best beach on the island. A short walk to the waters edge. Beach access across street. There is an outside shower. Large, safe, completely fenced in(gate across driveway), private yard. Boogie boards, many beach chairs and bikes. BEACH TAGS included.
Our home features four private bedrooms on first level. The master suite has a king-size pillow top bed, flat screen TV, bathroom has a jetted tub and a stall shower, double sink. slider to the front deck. The second bedroom has a queen sized pillow top bed. The third has two pillow top twins and cable TV. The fourth bedroom has 2 sets of bunk beds and a TV for video games and movie watching (DVD and VHS). Full hall bath with tub/shower.
Views of the ocean from anywhere on the second floor. The entire second level features hardwood floors with marble fireplace. A large deck overlooking the ocean. An oversize living room with flat screen TV. Spacious dining room opens to a full-size kitchen with new appliances in summer '07. Laundry room and full bathroom.
The home has private parking for three vehicles. Guarded swimming beach and guarded surfing beach. A short drive to the Links golf course.
This is a NO SMOKING property.
