This is a getaway retreat in a very private beachfront community.
If privacy is your goal you cannot find a more private of natural beach on the entire coast of Florida. The rooms is done with exquisite detail with mahogony trim, windows, doors and triple crown molding. The bathroom is done with slabs of fossiized
egytian marble and a hand made marble pedital sink. The house
is separated from the apartment by a locked mahogony door.
Entry is from the beach side of the house. Heated pool and hot tub
and easy beach access over a private dune walkover.
There is easy access to beachside downtown area of Vero for
dinning and shopping 6 miles from the house. Restaurants like
Ocean Grill are close by and Supermarkets are right across the
17th street bridge 5.8 miles from house
