The house is in perfect condition with very comfortable furnishings.
Bright and sunny new kitchen opens onto spacious and quiet south facing lanai. Beautifully furnished by owner/designer with large, flat screen TV in comfortable living room.
Private, gated driveway leads to attached two car garage with everything you need in a beach vacation home including beach/town bikes, beach chairs, umbrellas, and sand toys.
Palm Shadows was extensively remodeled in 2009 with all new ceramic floors, windows, doors, skylights and kitchen. Master BR has attached bath with shower and large closets. Guest bedrooms are on opposite end of the house and share a bath with shower/tub combination.
A walker's paradise, dining and even golfing and tennis are only a few blocks away, and the sunsets you will enjoy will not soon be forgotten at your getaway retreat at the Beach.

An excellent home from home experience - lovely house - moments from the beach and central for everything!! Jennifer was helpful and accommodating which helped make our stay even more enjoyable. We will return!Recommended for: Families with teenagers, sightseeing, romantic getaway, age 55+, families with young children, girls getaway, tourists without a car, people with disabilities.

"Palm Shadows" is truly a home lovingly cared for, not a vacation rental. The location is perfect, easy walking or biking to all of the local attractions. The home is elegantly decorated and the owner's designer tastes are clear. I'd recommend this property to anyone interested in being near the beach in Old Naples and enjoy the true stature of a chic beach location.Recommended for: Romantic getaway, age 55+, families with young children, girls getaway, tourists without a car.

Beautifully decorated, very livable home, 1/2 block from the beach. You can walk or bike to everything you need. Very quiet location. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay!Recommended for: Romantic getaway.
