Lake Nacimiento is 30 miles from Paso Robles or 45 minutes from King City on G14. Oak Shores is a gated community at Lake Nacimiento with paved roads all the way from G14 or Interlake Road. Oak Shores has community club house, swimming pool, miniature golf, small playground for kids, two boat ramps, and docks available.
This lakefront home has a large deck that has a beautiful view of the lake. The home comes with its own private dock. When the lake levels are low, there is a private slip in the marina.
A new kitchen and laundry room was ready for the spring of 2006. From new hickory cabinets with granite counter tops to new stainless appliances. The ultimate lake home kitchen.
There are three bedrooms: Master bedroom has a brand new king bed set. The second bedroom has a king and the third has 2 sets of bunk beds with a new foosball table. The kitchen is fully-equipped and a barbecue out on the deck. We think you will enjoy the new dining room set and new deck furniture. There is new wall-to-wall carpeting throughout the house. Sheets and towels are provided.
There is a new hot tub on the large deck to relax in after a long day on the lake.
With a lakefront home you will be able to keep your boat in the water during your stay at our private dock below the house. You will only have to walk down from the house to your boat.

Year Purchased: 2004
My husband and I are farmers in the central San Joaquin Valley. We mostly grow grapes and almonds. We love to water ski and love to get away when we can. When it is to cold to ski in California we have a ski lake in Costa Rica that we use during our winter. Also spend some time at the beach in Costa Rica. Lake Nacimiento is one of our favorite places to go too.
Why the Owner Chose Oak Shores
We are serious water skiers who like to ski the slalom course. Lake Nacimiento has a great ski club and public slalom course. We find the water temp very nice, not cold like snow water filled lakes. It is a great place to bring friends and family that are not even into water skiing. Our son loves to take his wakeboard boat over too.
The Unique Benefits of this Home
The view of the lake and surounding mountains is very relaxing. I love to relax on the large deck. From most rooms in the house you can see the lake. It is nice to have such a beautiful kitchen to cook in while on vacation. Evenings can relax in the hot tub on the deck while you look at the stars.
