This comfortable and practical two-story townhome has been tenderly cared for by the original owners, with many repeat guests over the years.
Located in the second ocean block, it features three bedrooms and two full baths plus an outdoor shower. Sliding glass doors off the second floor living room lead to a private screened porch which overlooks the peaceful neighborhood of South Rehoboth. Just one short block and an easy walk to the beach and boardwalk, main shopping and dining options on and near Rehoboth Avenue.
The first floor main entry opens into a hallway with two bedrooms and a full bath and sunny south-facing lanai. The central staricase leads to the second floor living/dining areas, kitchen, third bedroom, second full bath plus a small den/sitting area off the kitchen. There is a pass-through and eating counter between the kitchen and living area and a separate pull-out dining table for dinner with family and friends.
Soaring catheral ceilings on the second floor with architectually correct skylights allow plenty of natural light to flood inside. The townhouse is a quiet and private end unit.
Each bedroom has one double bed, and there are two sleep sofas in the living room. Sleeps up to 8 people. Bed and bath linens are provided.
This home has a fully euipped kitchen, washer/dryer, Wifi, and expanded cableTV. Carpeting throughout. Tiled bathrooms with upgraded fixtures. Two off-street parking spaces plus one parking pass are included.

The best thing about this property was the location....otherwise it was a big disapointment. The furniture and decor were so dated and soiled that we just had to laugh. The beds were so uncomfortable, hard..The porch was great and we spent alot of time out there playing cards and watching the people go by. I don't think anyone would return to this property unless some changes were made. So much potential but a mess.Owner response: Thank you for taking the time to write and we are sorry that the townhouse did not meet your expectations. During the rental and check-in process, we encourage tenants to let us know if there is anything that they may need or may require attention. And we provide a cell phone number so we can be contacted immediately during your stay if there is a problem. Had we know about your concerns at the time of your visit, we certainly would have done everything possible to make your stay more enjoyable. It is unfortunate that we did not receive feedback from you until three months later. We have owned the townhouse for many years. Nearly 70% of our guests return to Villa Ocean View year-after-year and many have been with us for more than 10 years. And over the years, a few guests have become friends with whom we exchange correspondence in the off-season. The townhouse is perfect for families, conveniently located just over one short block to the beach and Boardwalk, and two blocks south of Rehoboth Avenue. Guests continue to appreciate the family-friendly accommodations, location, and the extremely reasonable rental price. Each Spring, the carpeting and upholstery are professional steam cleaned and we personally oversee the weekly cleaning between each rental to insure that the property is maintained for the enjoyment of our many repeat guests. We respect your personal opinion about our home. We have never encountered anything like this before. We are very sorry that Villa Ocean View was not what you had expected but we hope that you will continue to visit and enjoy Rehoboth Beach and all that it has to offer for many more years.
