We were lucky enough to spend a full week at Natz Ti Ha, an ideal location to explore both the beach and the town. Being able to walk barefoot out past the pool and right to the beach, complete with the beach chairs provided, was a great way to enjoy the beach. Checking out the view while feeling the ocean breeze on the roof top deck was a great spot for an evening cocktail. Doing a yoga class across the street followed by a massage (at the end of the block above Curves) was another great day. The location was just off of the busy section to keep it lovely and quiet while close enough to easily walk to explore the shops and amazing restaurant suggestions. We especially loved your suggestion of the local restaurant just up 40th that had shrimp cocktails and the Dirty Martini (where we were lucky enough to catch on Tuesday for the two for one). We also found the new restaurant next door to Dirty Martini owned by a Canadian, a great place to watch the hockey games! Your photos on line don't do justice to the lushness of the gardens around the pool and the comfort of your place. Thank you for your extra touches of the recommended lists of where to go - both 5 star and local and our welcome note and wine. We would definately recommend this property.

Great start to 2011

We started a wonderful 2 week stay at Natz Ti Ha on Dec 31st. From the moment we arrived at the airport everything went beautifully. The instructions, directions and visitor information were perfect. We loved the condo and it's lovely Mexican decor. The listing photos are great but it is even more beautiful in person. The indoor plants, lush condo gardens and pool are all gorgeous. The staff works hard to keep everything pristine and Miquel is very helpful. Mary does a terrific job of keeping the condo immaculately clean. We did lots of local sightseeing and loved Chichen-itza, Tulum and Coba. We walked 5th Ave and enjoyed some fabulous meals....we especially loved La Vagabunda, 100%Natural and our favorite breakfast place was Cueva del Chango. We had some wonderful walks along the gorgeous beach....how incredible to have that right outside your door... and went on a snorkel boat from Cozumel. We would love to stay again because there is still so much more we want to see and do. We would highly recommend your lovely place to friends and relatives.

Hi Debbie, We had a great time at your place and would like to return again sometime soon. We did not do to any of the tours and instead just relaxed with swimming each day and enjoying the area in general. We used the football stadium while we were there as the girls did some of there track workouts and there was a dirt track around the soccer field they could use. Next time I think the girls will sign up for some dance lessons with a lady who teaches in the building rooftop over the track as it looked like they were having lots of fun and it was very cheap for the week. We found Miguel very helpful to us as he was there most days when we were coming and going. We always felt very secure and well cared for. Your unit was great for us and I think we only put the air on one day briefly as we found the breeze blew thru and kept the temperature just right. Your tips were very helpful and the notes from other guests. We went to El Bistro on 10th Ave between 12th and 14th and were treated very well on both visits and found it fairly reasonable and food was excellent. It was interesting on our arrival as we had missed the last ADO bus as customs was slow and backed up and once we got thru our girls were amazed at how persistent the folks for taxis and shuttles were. They started quoting us $140 and I countered at $50 and we settled at $80 which was probably too much but we were too tired to negotiate any longer. They took us right to our place which was great. Miguel arranged cab back for us with a friend for $45.00 which was nice. It was nice to eat what we wanted and we enjoyed shopping at Mega while there. Your place was very comfortable for us and had everything we could have asked for. We used the chairs and cooler and often walked down to left at the beach to where many locals swam and hung out. We really enjoyed the Mexican people we met there and even helped one man who was trying to swim and he really appreciated the help and waived and smiled when we saw him later. Steps from the Beach, comforts of home, and a really nice place !!! Debbie rocks !!! we couldnt have asked for a nicer place. We will be back next year. Paradise found! What a beautiful and peaceful complex,everything and more than you could want. Your condo is the best that I've ever stayed in, so nice and bright and beautifully decorated, especially loved your Mayan calander. We were able to entertain our new friends with ease as your kitchen is well stocked with everything, we didn't have to purchase anything, great attention to detail, thanks Debbie. The beach is the most amazing I've ever been to, loved to just sit and people watch,my boyfriend especially loved the beautiful ladies strolling by. We loved to walk north past Coco beach, great way to get your exercise and not so crowded. We did fifth avenue almost every night, loved walking around and taking everything in, great food, great atmosphere, and of course great shopping. My picks would be :Xel Ha for snorkelling, The Jam for nightlife(plus close to condo) Renalto and Moira are great people, Walmart for buying Seafood, and your restaurant across from the condo for food and location. A fun evening I reccomend is to barbque on the roof and enjoy the view. I miss waking up in the morning and reading my book by the pool listening to the waterfalls and enjoying the exotic plants. Can't say enough about Miguel for helping us anytime we asked and Luce for doing an amazing job with the cleaning and presentation of your condo. Thank you for sharing paradise with us we're going to return every year.

Thanks for sharing your condo with us! Everything was just how you described Debbie. Beautiful complex,quiet and very relaxing with the waterfalls running throughout. First time in Playa del Carmen and we will definitely be back, the information package you sent us was awesome and really helped us with our way around town. Hi Debbie, We had a great time at the Condo and in Playa del Carmen. Your condo is lovely and very well situated, really close to the beach and only a short walk to the hustle and bustle (i.e. fun & excitement) of 5th Avenue. The staff was helpful as well despite our poor attempts at Spanish and the other tenants were great at making their intro and offering their assistance if there was anything we needed. It was everything you described the condo and area to be. The weather could have been sunnier and warmer for the week but it really didn't affect our activities or plans to any great extent. We ended up visiting a number of the restaurants, venues and sites you recommended. Our favourite restaurant was La Parilla which we visited twice (the food and service was excellent). Everyone also enjoyed Hidden Worlds, snorkeling at Xel Ha and the beaches (both at Playa and at Tulum). In addition to Tulum, we also made the trek to Chichen Itza to view the ruins (Jill and I loved it and we are sure the kids will appreciate it more as they get older and look back on the visit). There appears to be a great restaurant that has opened up at the South end of the block I believe is called the La Cucaracha. Jill and I didn't realize it had just opened the restaurant part until we went in for a drink and spoke to the owner one night. You may want to give it a try next time you are there. Comments From Previous Guests WOW, we had such a wonderful time. Loved the condo, just as advertised. we loved going across the street to eat or get a beer. Lorena and Parma were great to us. Clouds some rain but didn't stop us from enjoying the beach or whatever else. Loved 5th avenue and found ourselves there everyday. Miguel "Mike" was dear, Hector gave us a nice ride to airport. What a great place to stay!! The Condo was beautiful, it was like we were in our own home. The beds and furniture are very comfy. It was very spacious and clean with all the conveniences and amenities you would ever need,the owners have thought of everything. I have rented houses and condos all over the world and this is one of the nicest I have ever been in. The location is fantastic. There is a beautiful tiled pool on sight and the beach {a 1 minute walk} is fantastic with crystal clear blue water and unbelievably soft powdery sand. There are miles of beach for strolling and lots of shops, bars and restaurants close by. I can't wait go back and stay here again. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this condo to anyone. 5 STARS. Thank You.
