Roy and I spent many week-ends looking for a retirement home that was ocean front--once we went inside F-203 Ocean Club or search ended--it seemed like our dreams come true--the ocean view is breath taking it has a tennis court, large swimming pool, heated and a children's pool for the grands--it is a quiet, beautiful landscape --away from the hussell bussell of Atlantic Beach. We found owners and renters were friendly,trusting and very well behaved---so I am very proud to offer this for rental to guest looking for the peace and happiness we had.
I furnished this unit a few years ago with the intent of not renting. So the furnishings are better than those typically found in rental units.
