This home is beautifully decorated and has 3 bedrooms (king, king, queen) with an additional room converted into a bedroom (2 twins) and can easily sleep 8 adults. It is less than a 5 minute drive from the Windsor launch ramp and the London Bridge and is located on the north side of town close to the Havasu mall.
This home is single level with the three secondary bedrooms located opposite the master suite. When the sliding door to the 3rd bedroom is closed, it is also considered a master-suite. Enjoy a warm morning cup of coffee or unparalleled desert sunsets on one of our 2 lake-view patios located off of the great room or master suite. Plenty of drawer space and closet space! TVs, Cable and DVD players located in the great room and bedrooms. Dual-sink master bath with the largest walk-in shower you’ve ever seen (seriously!!) There is a fold-away “Graco” crib for any little ones (located in the master closet.) Large living-room/great room with enough couch space for the entire crew. We have plenty of movies and games for your viewing/gaming pleasure. If you have an RV, boat or other toys, we have the parking for you (we also have a boat, but, sorry, that is not available for use).

With so many listings in Havasu, we got lucky chosing this beautiful home. Great floorplan, super spacious and a mellow back patio to enjoy the sunsets... we looked for a home that offered two king beds, that criteria lead us to this gem... The home is super clean and has all amenities you need. Each bed was very comfortable, having garage access was great and the location is so convenient. There were cute toys and fun games for kids. Owner is great to work with and provides great suggestions and procedures for checkout. The pics are pretty but don't do this home justice!Recommended for: Girls getaway, romantic getaway, families with young children, families with teenagers, sightseeing, age 55+, adventure seekers.

We had a lot of fun here. Close to the water which was most important and close to food an intertainment. This time was an only adult stay but I would bring my baby to stay in this home!Recommended for: Girls getaway, romantic getaway, families with young children, tourists without a car, families with teenagers, adventure seekers.

The house was fantastic. I am very picky. Stay at Westins, Beverly Hills Hilton and similar type properties. The layout was great, bedding was clean, and everything worked. More than reasonably priced. ***** 5 stars.Recommended for: Romantic getaway, families with young children, families with teenagers, sightseeing, age 55+, adventure seekers.

We were so pleased to find this home is as clean and well maintained as the pictures show. The location was extremely convenient for launching our boat. The rooms comfortably slept our entire group and having the portable crib was excellent! I have already told my friends about this specific home and look forward to our next trip to Havasu. I can't imagne staying anywhere else!Recommended for: People with disabilities, girls getaway, romantic getaway, families with young children, families with teenagers, sightseeing, age 55+, adventure seekers.

This house was exactly what the VRBO website described: well maintained, clean and super close to Windsor. It was perfect for our large group! The family room had comfortable furniture and tons of seating for everyone. Nice patio for sunset card games and relaxing. Easily sleeps 8 adults and a perfect set up for families with kids. We would recommend this house to our friends and family and can’t wait to go back.Recommended for: Girls getaway, romantic getaway, families with young children, families with teenagers, age 55+.

About the owner: We live in Orange County, CA and enjoy leading very active lives. Danny is in Digital Sales and Briana keeps busy being the CEO of our family.
Why the Owner Chose Lake Havasu City:
My husband and I were both born and raised in So Cal and grew up going to 'the river' during the summer months. It was only natural for us to want to turn our daughters into river rats, as well! We lead pretty active lives and love all of the water sports and activities that Havasu has to offer.
The Unique Benefits at this House:
We especially enjoy the location of our home due to the ease of access to gassing up our boat on the way to the launch ramp with a quick jaunt down Hwy 95. It is also only minutes away from the mall as well as London Bridge. And when we are in the mood to go dirt biking, access to the trails is right around the corner. We especially love coming off the lake and watching the beautiful desert sunset behind the lake and mountains to the west from our backyard patios. Of course the kids love to swing on our double swing at the same time!
