Welcome to South Seaside Park! Handsome, comfortable and cozy well maintained 4 bedroom, 1 bath house on a large corner plot 2 blocks from the beach and 1 block from the bay. Kitchen updated with granite counter tops and all stainless steel appliances. Hardwood floors throughout first floor and ceiling fans in every room. The bathroom is modern and tastefully done. The 2 downstairs bedrooms each have a queen bed and California closets. Both upstairs bedrooms have cathedral ceilings with 1 bedroom having 1 twin and 2 full and the other have 1 twin and 1 full.

About the owner: As you can see from my picture, I'm a family guy juggling work and family obligations. We enjoy what most people do; morning walks with the dog, the boardwalk, beautiful sunsets and...the beach!
Why the Owner Chose South Seaside Park:
I have been going down to the Jersey shore ever since I was 2 years old....mostly Wildwood. My parents were conservative so they would have never thought to buy a shore house. I tried all the other places along the shore (LBI, Ortley Beach, Point Pleasant, etc... ) but fell in love with South Seaside Park when we vacationed there 3 years ago. It is 'old school' Jersey shore to me. You meet really nice people. It is clean and quiet. It is close to all that you need for a summer vacation and it has a great beach! Add Island Beach State Park...which is amazing in itself...and the boardwalk in Seaside Heights, it is simply a dream come true to myself and my family!
The Unique Benefits at this House:
The level of privacy is a very unique benefit with the house. There are 6 very large bushes (20ft. tall) that cover the road facing side of the property and the back yard. Lots of shade as well from those scorching hot afternoons.
