This offering is exclusive to the vacationer who appreciates amenities. Starting with the entrance to a private gated community home to an 18 hole golf course with 22 lakes. The Country Club offers tennis, exercise room, 18 swimming pools and spas, Clubhouse with a bar, grill, pro shop and locker rooms.
The Condo, is an end unit with a huge covered patio, rope lighting, outdoor ceiling fan and seating for six.
Inside the home are vaulted ceiling, mirrored walls, and white carpet and furnishings. Since I love to cook, there are many modern small appliances, including, rice cooker, toaster over, mixer, food processor and coffee maker to name a few.
For media entertainment, there is a 46' DLP HDTV with a DVD/VCR Combo, Verizon FIOS Broadband Internet, WiFi and telephone with free long distance (US, Canada & Mexico).
Also some other amenities include a wet bar, a sun room off the master bedroom with a water fountain, The Master Bedroom has mirrored closet doors, remote controlled ceiling fan and double sinks in the master bath.
For monthly stays, I make my golf cart available for your use. Best of all, the cart does not take up space in the two car attached garage, instead it has its own garage.
