~ 3 Story town home ~ 2 Miles to Ski Lifts ~ We are right on the Mountain ~ 1 Mile to Golf Course ~ On Moover Route- which is the free bus to the ski lift ~ Our town home is configured uniquely as per our floor plan ~ We are an Over-sized End Unit ~ Plenty of space, light and Air. Mountain Breeze is the norm ~ We include use of flatware, dishes, coffee maker, oven, range, pots and pans, microwave, dishwasher ~
3 Story Home layout: (This is a 3 story End Unit home in our Mt. Snow Community)
First floor:
Front, covered raised porch, entry room which allows you to store ski equipment, snow shoes, etc.Our Hallway has ample storage for coats. The Front Bedroom has a twin bed, and a futon (full bed) night stand, dresser and closet, The Master bedroom contains a Queen bed, 2 night stands, dresser, closet, linen closet, and door/access to full sized washer and dryer. There is cable connected television in Master Bedroom and an Iron and Ironing Board.. 2 full bathrooms on this floor - Hall accessed bathroom with a tub bath and Master Bath with an enlarged 2 person stall shower in the privacy of the Master Bedroom Bath. Both bathrooms have towels .(please bring your own toiletries incl. toilet paper, soap, etc.) Washer and dryer is on first floor off the master bedroom and full sized. Please bring your own washing machine soap. There is also an Iron/Ironing Board and Vacuum on 1st floor.
Second Floor:
Kitchen with basics for cooking. Including pots, pans, dishes, cups, glasses, flatware, Dinette with Dining Room table, Living Room/Great Room with Cathedral Ceiling, a Center Fireplace and a 8' sliding door from great room to 2nd story deck, to allow for private dining outside, etc. 2 Loungers on deck for sun bathing in warm weather. Deck size is 150 square feet +-.
Living Room has TV, VCR and DVD, Cable connected. Please bring dishwashing detergent for dishwasher. (Kitchen includes: Range, Stove, Microwave, Dishwasher, Sink with spray nozzle and full sized refrigerator) WIFI throughout home to access the internet!
Third Floor:
Loft with 2 twin beds, and a skylight, chair and dresser, ample lighting, carpeted with a 3' skylight between the 2 beds. (carpeted throughout) There is room for an addtional air mattress (you must bring for your stay)

Our Home has individual thermostatically controlled heat throughout home. Separate rock lined hot water heater. Open Parking adjacent to my home - Snow Removal - Plowing - Mowing - Leaf Collection - All provided by the Association. When you depart, lower the thermostats to away mode,. Before your stay, you will receive a lock box code for keys which opens the front exterior door.

Kitchen: Refrigerator, Range, Oven, Dishwasher, Coffee Maker and Microwave, Pots, Pans, Flatware, Dishes, Mugs, Glassware and Utensils.
Each guest should bring items such as Tupperware, aluminum foil, plastic bags, salt, pepper, sugar, coffee, paper towels, toilet paper, garbage bags, etc.
All garbage should be removed and emptied daily in dumpster at our condo community. All food should be removed at end of stay. Please bring garbage bags for use during your stay.
We want your stay to be enjoyable. This is a 25 year old 3 story semi attached end unit- town home on the Mountain. Plenty of hot water, full size washer and dryer and everything as listed . We provide the freshly washed linens, towels and you will find our home does not have the feel of a hotel, but rather a functioning home.
We are proud of our home. We have new replacement windows, window treatments, and we hope you enjoy your stay in our home. Please treat our home with respect. We are proud of our home, and replace our linens annually. We have a professional cleaning company clean the home in between stays to keep the home sanitary and all linens and towels laundered professionally.
Our repeat customers are our best advertisers. 80% of our rentals are to repeat customers. We still have select dates available!

Professional cleaning service in between each guest stays for your continued benefit- We do ask for a $ 300 security depsot during your first stay, and when the cleaning company cleans and verifys no damage to the home, we mail back your security. We state in our contracts we refund securities within approx. 2 weeks, provided no damage to your home. If you do not receive your security within 2-3 weeks, call us and we will check the certified mail. Effective immediately all checks are mailed certified mail or with a certificate of mailing.
Once you have stayed with us, we no lnger request a security deposit. Instead, we simply ask for a valid credit card, which we do not charge, but keep on file as your warranty against any damage. This way, once you are a repeat customer, you do not have to give us a security check, and we then do not have to return the check to you, since no money was transacted regarding your security.

I enjoyed my stay. The home was very clean and I was even asked if I would rent his home in the future, and the answer is YES!!! They were great and gave me the lockbox key and let me stay later than I was originally expected to depart. The cleaners were even helpful and were stocking wood for the fireplace for our stay. The Moover was at the bottom of the hill in the community at the corner of their road and Route 100 and was on time every day. We did not use our car since the free shuttle service was a short walk from the home to the bus. Hopefully there will be more snow next month, but I was still happy that the ski slopes are makig snow. I plan on trying to re-rent this 3 story home next month. I would definitely recommend this home for anyone who wishes to rent for a day, weekend, or a week! The fireplace was great! Boy did it give us alot of heat with the built in heatilator. A green concept, and the fire was still lovely. I give the home and the owners and their professionalism 5 stars and plan to stay there in the future.

Our linens are new, and replaced annually, we have a professional cleaning service, which is great and keeps our home very clean and 60% of our guests are repeat customers. Snow shich you can enjoym from Golf to fishing, to boating to white water rafting. We are not just a Winter getaway, but Winter is great at Mt. Snow as well!

I enjoyed the home. Airy, spacious, clean, new sheets/linens, extra chairs, wifi (which worked) cable, new bed, and hot water in new bathroom. Overall a great stay while enjoying skiing.
