  We stayed here for five nights and enjoyed four days at the Disneyland Resort parks. We were close enough to the parks that we came home every day in the middle of the day for a little pool time before returning for the evening. The place was comfortable and clean, and there was plenty of room for the seven of us. The owners were great to work with, and we felt the rates were reasonable. No complaints, and we would recommend this to friends looking for something close to Disneyland.

  Recommended for: Families with young children, families with teenagers, adventure seekers, sightseeing.

  My family came to California for the week to enjoy Disneyland, Universal and San Diego. There were 5 of us in total, 3 adults, and a 15 year and 5 year old. This property was perfect and incredibly spacious. Separate bedrooms with separate bathrooms - everyone had their own space. It was VERY clean and stocked with essentials. There is a commuter train that goes by the property but we didn't hear it once while inside. Neighbours were very friendly. A major grocery store was close by so we could purchase our groceries. You can't beat the location of this property. We were a 5 minute drive from Disneyland and 3 minutes from the I5 which took us to Universal and San Diego. The property was about a 25 minute drive from the John Wayne Airport. The owners replied to us quickly with any questions or concerns. The only thing we were not able to use was the outdoor pool as it was very cold but this certainly didn't affect our holiday. By far this was one of our most favorite holidays! I will never hotel again. I highly recommend this property to anyone. We will rent this property again on any future trips to California.

  This place is truly amazing--practically brand new and it's in a quiet, safe, and new neighborhood. I booked this place for my family to stay for a couple of nights before my wedding day. Everyone loved it. The beds were clean and comfortable. It has everything you'd ever need to call the place home. Weston, the owner, was very responsive and friendly. I enjoyed speaking with him and couldn't have asked for a better transaction. The only thing I would have preferred differently was if some of clothes and personal items of the owner were not stored in the closets. I would definitely come back and would recommend this property to all my friends and relatives.

  We absolutely LOVED our stay in this beautiful home. It was clean, comfortable and looked exactly as advertised. The beds were comfy and it was so nice to have a full kitchen. The owners were wonderful to work with and we would stay here again in a heartbeat!

  The house was lovely, very spacious for 4 adults and 2 teenagers. It was great that things like dishwasher tablets, washing powder, Kitchen and toilet roll were all provided. The complex that the house is situated on is beautiful, it is quiet and peaceful and the amenities are outstanding. 2 wonderful pools with barbecue areas and fire pits. We barbecued one evening and even though there were a lot of people in and by the pool there was still plenty of room for us. During the day the pool is quiet and gets a little busier around 4pm (but still never overcrowded). It is 5 minutes from Disneyland by car and lots of restaurants nearby. There is a train that runs very close to the house, but you hardly notice it, it certainly didn't annoy us at all. We thoroughly enjoyed our 2 week stay in this house and I would definitely recommend it to anyone. We loved our vacation and wished we were still there - even though we did experience 2 small earthquakes, no damage and nobody harmed. Loved every minute of it!!

  The apt was a little difficult to find... house numbers behind shrubs. But all was good at the apt. once we got in.

  This property was exactly as described, high end furnishings and finishes, and very clean. The pool and playground were great for the kids. The drive to Disneyland was easy with little traffic. We were to the parking structure in a little less than 10 min. Questions were answered by the owner quickly. My only complaint is that the 3rd bedroom was an air mattress and not a regular mattress. I would definitely recommend this property to friends and would stay here again if in the area.

  Owner response: Thank you for the feedback. We have now replaced the air mattress with a queen bed.

  The townhouse was very bright and spacious, it had all the conveniances you require for a good comfortable holiday, we stayed there for three weeks and it was great, very handy for all sightseeing in the area. We went to vegas and the grand canyon and it was a comfortable ride in the car. I can recomend the house for a good relaxing holiday. The owner was available for any advice on the end of the phone. I can personally recomend the claim jumper diners the food is superb in excellent surroundings near the brea shopping mall.

  We stayed in this townhome for 4 days and absolutely loved it. It was so nice having a bathroom in every bedroom plus a 1/2 bath off living area. We rented this for our daughters out of town wedding and it was perfect. I always like to know the layout so I will try to describe it. You enter into a downstairs mudroom area, access to a 2 car garage is on the opposite side of the front door. Up one flight of stairs is a large, light-filled great room with dining table on one end and the beautiful, large kitchen is just off the dining area. There is a balcony off the great room that has a view of the mountains and is also a fun spot for the kids to watch the commuter trains. Even though the home is close to the tracks, it is hardly noticeable, no train horns, and there is a large sound barrier wall. There is a laundry room off the kitchen. At the other end of the great room is the spacious master bedroom which has a balcony overlooking a lovely common-area courtyard. We forgot to check (we were busy with the wedding), but I'm pretty sure you could see at least some of the Disneyland fireworks from this balcony. The master bath is also very spacious. Up another flight of stairs, there are 2 more bedrooms with baths. One of the upstairs bedrooms has a queen sized bed and the other has a queen-sized nicer air mattress. There was also another air mattress available, as well as a porta-crib. Everything was so nice and new, there are so many little touches, plantation shutters, lots of room to relax, great chandeliers, granite counters, high, rain type showerheads. They had toys and books for toddlers, as well as 2 nice gates for the stairs. The playground is super nice for kids of various ages. It had a miniature creek water feature running through it. We didn't have time to check out the pool but there are beach towels available at the town-home. The owner was very easy to deal with, he called back right away when I had a question about internet access (wifi is available). It felt like we were staying at a friend's home. We would definitely stay here again.
