This 3 bedroom (plus a recreation loft space) 3.5 bath home has a huge lot and amazing view of the Nantahala National Forest. Large rooms and open spaces galore make this a great vacation home for families. Located in the popular Fontana View community, you are only minutes to all the area attractions like the NOC, Fontana Lake, or Tsali mountain biking trails.

kitchen

Your kitchen is appointed with granite countertops, all new appliances including dishwasher, microwave and coffee maker. We also provide you with all the dishes, utensils and cooking tools you'll need. The kitchen is also stocked with a Keurig Machine for coffee, tea,hot coco, or cider. Remember to pack your favorite flavors. A gas grill is provided for BBQ connoisseurs (full propane tank included) as well as a charcoal grill.

great room

The great room features living, dining, and kitchen area with table suitable for seating 6 and counter seating for 3 more. The modern-rustic decor features sofa/loveseat, hardwood floors, and a stone gas-log fireplace. There is satellite dish system complete with CD/DVD player (bring your own music or listen to one of the dozens of digital music channels provided by digital satellite). There is a half-bathroom just off the living room.

sleeping accommodations

All our cabins feature both down and foam pillows. Each bed has a pillow-top mattress and luxury, 600 thread count Egyptian-cotton linens. Ralph Lauren bath towels are provided for the base number of occupancy with additional towels for hot tub use. Linens and towels for guests utilizing the futon(s) for sleeping are provided for when occupancy is greater than the base amount of this cabin, but use of these linens when occupancy doesn't warrant it may result in additional charges as defined on our reservations page.

Main Floor

There's a king master bedroom on this level with direct access to the master bathroom that has a separate tub and shower stall. There is a large HDTV with Directv service in this room.

2nd Floor

Upstairs there's another king bedroom and separate bath, as well as an open loft with an 8-foot, furniture-quality, slate pool table. There is also a futon for additional sleeping (see potential fees described above).

Lower Floor

Newly renovated in 2016, the lower floor features a suite-like setup with a queen bedroom, another full bath, and a sitting area with an HDTV and DirecTV service. There is also access to the lower deck which features the hot tub. Additionally, you will find the washer and dryer on this level.

All bookings are subject to local restrictions in place at the time of the stay. We may not be allowed to accommodate all bookings that are made if local rules change after you make a booking. We make every effort to communicate current, local rules and any changes to them. We reserve the right to substitute streaming TV service for Satellite service.
