Our two bedroom Condo has a balcony directly facing the Gulf of Mexico for beautiful beach front views and sunsets every evening. Enjoy the beach at your front door from this corner unit which is on the first living level (one level above the parking area). Your under building parking space is located at the elevator door for easy access and provides a very short walk to your door. Upgraded with beautiful floor tile plus modern contemporary decor, this is the perfect place for a relaxing Florida getaway.
The unit sleeps four with a king-size bed in the master bedroom and two twin beds in the second bedroom. Included are all furnishings including TV's, VCR, stereo system, linens, and a modern kitchen with microwave, dishwasher, right down to the coffeepot and dishes in the kitchen. The kitchen has been upgraded with modern track arc lighting, granite countertops, and maple cabinets. There is a washer and dryer in the unit.
On a beautiful stretch of white sandy beach, it will provide many hours of fabulous views and walks on the beach! It is located in the Johns Pass area of Madeira Beach with shops, restaurants, and water sport rentals available across the street. There are many shopping and dining opportunities nearby. It is just several miles south of Clearwater Beach and 30 minutes from Busch Gardens and one and a half hours from Disney World.
This beach "paradise away from home" is approximately 1110 square feet with a direct beachfront living room and corner balcony which faces the Gulf of Mexico. The master bedroom also faces the beachfront with a balcony on the Gulf of Mexico. The second bedroom has pretty beach views from the window. Watch the boats traveling in and out from Johns Pass. Fishing, golfing, parasailing, jet skiing, boating, are close by. John's Pass provides shopping and water sports excursions for sightseeing. Wonderful restaurants featuring local seafood, steaks, pasta, and everything from casual to upscale dining are located in the area. It is easy to find a quiet relaxing time or an adventure packed vacation here.
