This large end-unit 3 bedroom, 3 bath, two balcony condo sits bay-front on the south-west corner on the top floor in one of the newest buildings in Ocean City. The huge wrap-around balcony provides not only stunning views for bay sunsets, but also provides ocean views. The condo has everything you need, including flat screen HD TV’s , luxury bedding, granite counter tops, stainless steel appliances, full size laundry room, cathedral ceilings and new furniture throughout. Master bedroom has cathedral ceilings, king-sized bed, walk in closet and private bath with jacuzzi and shower. Private sliding door opens to large bay-front balcony. Second Bedroom has queen-sized bed, private bath and sliding door access to its’ own private balcony with ocean and bay views. Third bedroom has two twin beds with direct access to hall bathroom. Living room has cathedral ceilings, fireplace and new furniture including a queen sleeper sofa. Three sliding doors open to the bay-front balcony with ocean views. Coral Seas is a modern building with a beautiful roof top pool and sun deck that provides stunning 360 degree views of the bay and the ocean. Secure building has a fully equipped exercise room, ample parking all with a convenient mid-town location. Walk to the beach, barely one block away. All this and free Wi-Fi internet and free parking for two vehicles.
Weekly rentals run from Fri to Fri or Sat to Sat. Mini-Weeks are 4 days and 3 nights and run Fri to Mon or Mon to Thur. Add extra days to Mini-Week at the pro-rated price, ie add extra night to $750 Mini-Week for $250. Contact us for other options.
Pricing does not include 6% sales tax, 4.5% room tax, and cleaning fee. $300 deposit required to make reservation with balance due 3 weeks before rental. All rentals require a $300 refundable security deposit and credit card.

We had an excellent time at your condo. Everything was very clean and comfortable. The location was perfect . Nancy was very easy to do business with and had detail was covered. The pictures just do not do this property justice. Flawless condo with all the upgrades you can think off. The wrap around deck looks out over the bay with all kinds of wildlife to watch in the morning. Nancy was correct, October is a beautiful time of the year in OCMD. Cannot wait to visit again soon. Thank you so much for allowing us to use your beautiful home. It was by far one of the nicest places we have ever stayed at. Like I said it was my parents first vacation in 24 years and the first time they have been in Ocean City. They cannot wait to go back next year and stay at your place again. I look forward to booking with you again next year and many after that. I beleive we have made a new family tradition with my parents every year and its nice to know that we have a great place to stay at. We made an excellent choice in where to stay for our first vacation in Ocean City! The pictures and description were very accurate and I appreciated the great communication from Nancy and Chris. Everything from convenient parking, quiet neighborhood, close to everything, gorgeous views and beautiful condo made it a perfect place to vacation. It was our first extended family vacation with our children coming from Ohio and NY and my husband and I coming from SC - and nobody wanted to leave. My wife, me and two kids stayed at this condo for a week and it was one of a few cases when reality exceeded expectations. Condo is very clean, its contemporary design was wonderful, views from the balcony-totally breathtaking! The owner, Nancy, was very prompt in answering our questions, 24 hour bus service took care of kids when they wanted to go downtown, beach was very clean and not crowded, unlike NJ shore, overall-even despite bad weather, we loved our stay and would highly recommend it!Recommended for: Adventure seekers, tourists without a car, age 55+, families with teenagers, romantic getaway, families with young children, girls getaway.

This was our first time renting in ocean city and we picked the perfect place. This condo at Coral Seas is beautiful! Upon arrival, the unit was very clean and contained all the items listed in the description. The owner was kind enough to send a list in advance of what the condo contained and what we should bring with us. This was a big help! The views are spectacular, and with the wrap around deck you can enjoy both the bay and ocean views. We enjoyed the convenience of the fitness center, the roof top pool, and wireless internet. We would definitely stay here again and recommend it to our friends and relatives.Recommended for: Sightseeing, tourists without a car, families with teenagers, romantic getaway, families with young children, girls getaway.
