Step down to the beach at your door from this spacious home which has three levels. It includes a private one car garage on the first level. There is an additional parking space for parking at your doorstep with private entry to your home without navigating elevators.Step up one level to the first living level to enter the living room and kitchen(one level above the parking area.) Upgrades are ceramic floor tile plus modern contemporary decor; this is the perfect place for a relaxing Florida getaway. The unit sleeps two in the master bedroom with a king bed and sleeps two in the twin beds in the second bedroom. Included are all furnishings including TV's, VCR, DVD player,stereo system, linens, and a modern kitchen with microwave, dishwasher, JennAire cooking island, right down to the coffeepot and dishes in the kitchen. The large kitchen is open with a built in office desk looking out to the sandy beach. There is a full size washer/dryer in the unit. On a beautiful stretch of white sandy beach in Redington Shores, it will provide many hours of vacation living and walks on the beach! There are shops, restaurants, and water sports rentals available nearby. It is just several miles south of Clearwater Beach and 30 minutes from Busch Gardens and 1 1/2 hours from Disney World.
This beach “paradise away from home” is approximately 1235 square feet with a balcony that views the Gulf of Mexico. On the third level is the master bedroom also viewing the beach with a small balcony on the Gulf of Mexico. The master bedroom has a fireplace and a large whirlpool tub for luxurious evenings. The second bedroom has pretty beach views from the window. Fishing, golfing, parasailing, jet skiing, boating are close by. John's Pass provides shopping and water sports excursions for sightseeing. Wonderful restaurants featuring local seafood, steaks, pasta, and everything from casual to upscale dining are located in the area. It is easy to find a quiet relaxing time or an adventure packed vacation here.
