This deluxe three bedroom, three bathroom partial ocean view villa is located in West Beach Village. It provides both a screened-in porch, perfect for family gatherings and balcony with steps that go directly to the boardwalk to Kiawah's pristine 10-mile beach. There is a fully equipped kitchen with granite countertops and stainless steel appliances. There is a Flat screen television in the living room and wireless Internet. There is a separate laundry room with washer and dryer. This villa has direct beach access. Pets are not allowed.

Guests at this villa also have complimentary use of the Kiawah Island Golf Resort's Night Heron Pool's and new in 2012, Kiawah Island Golf Resort's brand new West Beach Pool, and Tennis Club pool. Discounts are available for guests interested in renting bikes - perfect for riding the more than 30 miles of paved bike trails that meander throughout the island.
The master bedroom has a comfortable king-sized bed, a ceiling fan, walk-in closet, and well appointed bathroom.
One guest bedroom has a queen size bed with it's own private bahtroom and the other guest bedroom has two twin size beds with a bathroom that has direct access from the bedroom and hallway.
The living room has a beautiful partial ocean view with access to the back porch and the screened in porch.
The kitchen is fully furnished with brand new stainless steel appliances, and granite countertops. It is stocked with all eating and cooking utensils and a dinett set that sits 2. The kitchen also had direct access to the screened-in porch, perfect for entertaining!
The dining room is open to the living room and has a table large enough for the entire family to enjoy those lowcountry meals!
Use of the villa includes all linens and towels. There is also a full-sized washer and dryer in the villa for your convenience.
