Newly remodeled kitchen with top of line appliances, Italian granite, flat screen TV. Separate dining room (seating for 8) with fireplace. Additional breakfast nook with seating for 7. House is 2,600 square feet.
* Half Bath and laundry facilities.
* Breathtaking "private" garden where you can sit and relax, enjoy the tranquility of the garden, have a glass of wine and barbeque!
UPSTAIRS:
* Large Master Bedroom Suite with new king bed (unique Sleep Number Bed), TV with DVD, large ensuite bathroom with jetted tub for 2, with shower; and private garden deck with seating and lounge.
* Second bedroom is also large, has vaulted ceilings, with queen bed, flat screen TV with DVD, and additional futon/couch and sitting area.

$1,500.00 Security/Reservation Deposit, Application Required.
Full Rent due 4 weeks prior to arrival.
No smoking allowed. $175 cleaning fee.
