Separate dining room (seating for 8) with fireplace. Additional breakfast nook with seating for 7. House is 2,600 square feet.
* Half Bath and laundry facilities.
* Breathtaking "private" garden where you can sit and relax, enjoy the tranquility of the garden, have a glass of wine and barbeque!
UPSTAIRS:
* Large Master Bedroom Suite with new king bed (unique Sleep Number Bed), TV with DVD, large ensuite bathroom with jetted tub for 2, with shower; and private garden deck with seating and lounge.

$1,500.00 Security/Reservation Deposit, Application Required.
Full Rent due 4 weeks prior to arrival.
No smoking allowed. $175 cleaning fee.
