Situated high atop Luau Tower 1, on the 11th floor, this unit boasts absolutely breathtaking views of the white sandy beaches of TopS’l State Park, as well as a panoramic view of Choctaw Bay and Sandestin Resort. This is truly the high life! With a unique lock-out floor plan, the unit is actually two condos in one. From the private foyer, to your left you will enter a separate, studio suite which includes a fully stocked kitchenette with a mini-fridge, mini-microwave, and sink. This separate suite has it’s own private bath and sitting area and includes a King bed, twin sleeper/sofa, TV and DVD. Heading back out to the foyer and taking another left, you will enter the main living area which includes an open lay-out featuring a full kitchen, dining room, living room, breakfast bar and half-bath. There is absolutely no way to describe the views from this area of the condo, just take a look at our photographs! The main kitchen is fully equipped with everything you could possibly need to prepare the day’s meals, including all appliances, dishes, utensils, pots/pans, small appliances, etc. Dividing the kitchen and living area is a granite breakfast bar with stools. Relax on the chaise sofa and catch the game on your 55” inch flat screen, or just while away the hours with a good book while enjoying a spectacular view of the shimmering emerald waters of the gulf! The dining area boasts a beautiful and modern six person dining suite and is the gateway to your large, private wrap-around balcony. Discerning travelers will enjoy the luxurious upscale décor of this never-before rented condominium. Upgraded amenities include keyless entry (no standing in line for check-in), a full kitchen with tile and granite surfaces, full-sized electric range with a 4 burner cook top, full sized microwave oven, full sized refrigerator/freezer with automatic icemaker, dishwasher, full sized LG front loading washer/dryer, side table clock/radio/iPod (in studio suite), three televisions (55” flat-screen in LR) and 3 DVD players (in LR and BR’s). If the beach is what you are longing for, Sandestin's private beach is a 3 minute stroll down a private path. For your added convenience, we have also stocked our owner's storage area with a beach cart, chairs, umbrellas, boogie board, beach toys, and cooler for your exclusive and unlimited use throughout your stay. DO NOT FALL FOR THE AMENITIES CARD MYTH! The Resort will charge you 12% of the total charge for your stay for access to Resort amenities (not an optional charge). IT IS NOT FREE! If booking through the Resort you will pay a fee for most 'free' amenities, even after paying for the amenities card.
We provide many items to our guests for free (really free). However, for those we do not provide, all guests are given a list of local contacts who can provide you with many activities/services at a rate lower than the Resort will charge you for those same 'free' services.
For example; beach Set-ups are $30 per day, per person through the Resort and include chair and umbrella. We provide all of our guests unlimited use of our beach chairs, umbrella, beach toys and cooler for free!
Resort guests pay the 12% fee for access to Sandestin Fitness Center and Pools. The Luau fitness center and pool is FREE and is restricted to Luau guests only, so no overcrowding and heightened level of security.

It was absolutely beautfiul, including the ocean view. The accommodations were very spacious, tastefully decorated, and most importantly, spotlessly clean.
