This beautifully remodeled unit is conveniently located on the first floor and has all the amenities imaginable. The completely renovated kitchen features granite countertops, cherry cabinets and new stainless steel appliances along with a coffee and wine bar. The unit features WI-FI which can be accessed on the master bedroom television! A wireless printer is also available for your convenience. The master bedroom features a queen-sized bed and a flat screen television. Both bathrooms feature tile showers with body sprays which are perfect after a long day at the beach. The bathrooms also feature marble countertops. The second bedroom features two double beds and a flat screen television. The living area includes a pull-out queen-sized sofa bed. The living area also includes a flat screen television with DVD/VCR and an extensive video library. The dining area features a dining table along with a bar area with four bar stools. The unit has a new full-size washer and dryer for your convenience. The unit also has a small deck complete with deck furniture. The beach is a short walk (about a block) and for your convenience, we have provided a walking beach cart to assist you. 'Harry the Hats' is a 'Pittsburgh-bar/restaurant' located on the property. The tennis courts, charcoal grills, horseshoe pits and playground are located just steps from our unit. The property features two pools, a hot tub, and a sauna. There are many bars and restaurants within walking distance of the unit. The Apache Pier is located nearby. The Tanger Outlets are located about two miles from the unit. There are also grocery stores within two miles of the unit. We are centrally located between Barefoot Landing and Broadway at the Beach. The Carolina Opry and the NEW Pirates Voyage or located within a few miles of our unit. We are sorry but we DO NOT OFFER MONTHLY RENTALS in October, November or December.

My family and I rented this unit for our vacation in August 2012 and although we had to leave early due to a family emergeny we really enjoyed staying here. This unit is gorgeous and we definately would love to stay here again.Recommended for: Families with teenagers, families with young children.

About the owner: We bought the unit in January 2008. It was in need of some serious work. Since we own and operate Elite Kitchen & Bath Design Center in Pennsylvania, we decided to completely remodel the unit. We visit Myrlte Beach about six times a year. The unit is so beautiful and tastefully decorated, we find it very difficult to leave. All of our renters have been very pleased and often request our unit time and time again!
Why the Owner Chose Arcadian Dunes:
Our family has been vacationing in Myrtle Beach for many years. We lived in Myrtle Beach for a short time and actually rented a unit in the Arcadian Dunes complex. The Shore Drive Area is a perfect location to vacation in Myrtle Beach.
