It has a full kitchen, log fireplace, 2 living rooms, 2-32inch flatscreen tvs with direct tv. There is also a third television with a video library downstairs with a hide-a-bed for extra guests. Just outside is a private dock with a canoe and aluminum fishing boat for exploring the lake and finding a perfect spot to fish or float. A short walk brings you access to the world-famous Eagle River Chain of 28-lakes. Hudson house rents for $1575/wk September through June and $2475/wk in July and August. It is located 1/4 mile from the Chanticleer Inn, a great restaurant and lounge Chanticleer Inn.

About the owner: Jake & Sue grew up in Eagle River. Since 1972 they have owned and operated the Chanticleer Inn, which celebrated it's 60th anniversary in 2011. They have 4 children and 1 grandchild. They love the Northwoods and helping others create memories during all 4 seasons!
Why the Owner Chose Eagle River:
We bought the Hudson House because we love this area and it adjoins the other property we own. We also love this house's location on a private lake with access to the Chain of 28 Lakes.
The Unique Benefits at this House:
Some of the unique features of this property include it's woodland setting on a private lake. It is quiet and guests have the privilege of watching deer, fox, loons, eagles, squirrels, chipmunks and many different species of birds and other wildlife from their deck. There is also a dock where they can sit and watch wildlife and sunsets, sip coffee or cocktails, picnic, swim from, nap on, fish from...or simply relax on. A canoe and aluminum fishing boat come with the house and Dollar Lake is a terrific lake to explore. There is a large deck attached to the house as well as a walk out basement and a path through the woods to a lovely sand beach. The house is also only a 1/4 mile from the Chanticleer Inn Restaurant, lounge and Beer Garden. The house is only 3 miles from the town of Eagle River and it's many attractions.
