  We Just returned from your beautiful condo. We loved it ! We loved the size of the unit , the way it is decorated, the wonderful views from all four balconies. We have stayed in many condos over the 20 years we have been vacationing in Florida, but this one, by far is the best ! We cant wait to come again next year. We were able to meet the owner while we were there. He is great ! Went out of his way to make sure we had everything we needed. We will definitely be back again.

  Recommended for: Age 55+, romantic getaway.

  My husband and I just came back from spending a week at this location. What a simply amazing time! It was by far the best accommodations we have had on a vacation. You can tell they have recently remodeled the condo and what an amazing job they did. We truly felt we were in paradise. The condo has more than ample space. The furnishings are in excellent condition. We spent much of our time when we were not on the beach on the balconies. The balcony attached to the master bedroom was a great place to watch the sunset. Everyday we saw dolphins and several of the days we saw manatees. It is a great beach for shelling and finding shark teeth. We also spent many hours surf fishing. We had brought kayaks with us but due to the fun we had surf fishing we never took the kayaks off the roof of the truck. Thank You so much to Dave and Deb for sharing their beach home with us!

  Wow. That is the only way to describe the condo and views. The hardwood floors in the main living area and master bedroom are beautiful and go along well with the outstanding views from this condo. The decor and new paint are a nice beachy touch that adds to the value of this condo. All the amenities are there for you to include beach chairs and umbrella and it is just a very short walk out to the beach. If you are looking for space, then this is the place to stay. The guest bedroom is very large with its own private bath and walk-in closet. The master is a retreat in itself with two balconies to choose from and a large bathroom with separate tub and shower. I can only imagine what it would be like if you rented both condos for larger families. The condo is well worth the money. In our travels, this was by far the best condo we have stayed in yet. We spent each morning on the balcony (one of four) having our breakfast and watching the dolphins swim by and the pelicans/sea gulls diving into the water. We also took advantage of the plentiful shells along the beach. The key has several restaurants on the island but it is also a short drive to other restaurants and excurions.

  Words cannot adequately describe the wonderful week my husband and i just spent at this amazing condo on beautiful Manasota Key! We have found our paradise!!! The condo was HUGE, well furnished, and everywhere we turned we had a breathtaking view of the ocean, from the 4 private balconies and many windows. We spent every morning eating breakfast on the west balcony, where we also saw dolphins swimming off shore and a sea turtle coming up to nest at night. The first couple of days we were here the water was the clearest and calmest we've ever seen in the gulf...so clear and calm, we actually snorkled from the shore and found beautiful shells and sharks teeth! And the shark's teeth are PLENTIFUL here...we collected over 900 easily over the week (we love sharks teeth hunting!). We ad the pleasure of meeting the owner, Dave...what a great guy! He was helpful with dining recommendations and ensured we were comfortable and happy with our accommodations. A very generous and happy to please kinda guy! We would recommend renting from Bamford at the beach to anyone...if you are looking for beauty, comfort, amazing views steps from the beach, this is your place!! We hope to return next year!

• Breathtaking!

  J & J Freelton, Ontario We just returned from 3 glorious weeks spent at this condo. I would first like to thank Dave & Debbie for sharing it with us and their incredible kindness and generousity towards us. The condo is beautiful and the views are breathtaking from the many patios and windows facing the gulf. We particularly enjoyed listening to the waves and watching the spectacular sunsets. We saw dolphins and manatees from the balconies and witnessed the nightly sea turtle onshore nesting and laying of their eggs. Wish we could be there for the hatchings! The condo is very clean, spacious, comfortable and well equipped. We would not hesitate to recommend it to our friends. The many upgrades and renovations that Dave & Debbie have planned for the condo will only make it even more spectacular & enjoyable than it already is We can't wait to see it finished. Great location on beautiful Manasota Key. Thanks again Dave & Debbie, it has been a pleasure renting from you.

  At the risk of this unit becoming so popular that I am not able to reserve it again in the future, I feel that I owe it to the owners. They were so cordial and helpful. Walking in the front door of this unit leaves you with the impression that there is an endless infinity pool in your back yard, also known as the Gulf of Mexico. What a view from all 4 balconies of this unit, and a private beach just below. The owners have an eye for detail. Well furnished and tastefully decorated. The unit had everything we needed, including beach chairs and umbrellas in the covered parking garage. So easy to go back and forth as needed between the beach and unit. Just the right distance away to commercial areas for shopping, groceries, watersport rentals. This was exactly what my wife and I needed to unwind on a long overdue vacation. We hope to be back.

  We had the most wonderful holiday in this spotless, well appointed and very large condo. The view of the Gulf is just as the name suggests - spectacular. The whole condo was spacious with comfortable quality furniture. The kitchen was very clean and has everything you could possibly need - it was a pleasure to cook in there. The beach is quiet and is only steps from the condo. In short, we could not have had a better condo nor location - we look forward to our next visit there and would happily recommend it to all our friends. The owners could not have been more helpful and they have made the condo a delightful place to stay.
