great location ,very clean , very quiet , 20 seconds to a quiet beach , since the unit was available for another day the let us have a late checkout and it was very appreciated

We stayed in this unit for 10 days in January and have already booked again for 2014. The location is at the quiet end of Kihei and beach access is just across the street. The condo was clean and had everything we needed to enjoy our stay. Nice size Lanai to enjoy meals and of course check email on the upgraded wireless. The pool and hot tub are central to all units and are always clean and inviting. Booking the unit was effortless and all information and questions were answered promptly. Viktoria is great to deal with. This location gets a 5 out of 5.

Convenient location with an exceptional value!

We were very pleased with this Kihei Bay Vista condo's convenient location, cleanliness and exceptional value. Pros: The condo is within a mile stretch from the best and finest shaved ice shop, Uilani's, and is within a couple of miles to other fun shops, eateries, restaurants and grocery stores. The photos accurately reflect the condo's actual appearance with a well appointed, fresh decor. The kitchen was stocked with basic cookware, utensils and dinnerware. There were also some handy extras such as dish soap, paper towels and other essentials. The unit was very, very clean. We enjoyed daily sunsets on the beach across the street and were pleased with the condo's jacuzzi too. Booking with Viktoria was smooth and pleasant. Cons: At times the early morning parking lot noise could be slightly disturbing, but served as a great motivator to get out of bed and enjoy Maui's offerings. The washer and dryer held smaller loads, but they were certainly a great convenience. We will recommend this unit to our family and friends and hope to return soon!

Everything we needed in a Condo

The condo was clean. It had all the necessities: washer, dryer, dish washer, iron, ironing board, TV, DVD player. The parking was always accessible. The pool was quite nice. We liked the beach across the street. We would stay here again.

The listing description was accurately true property was clean and well maintained with needed amenities wi-fi, washer and dryer. t.v needs to be upgraded. The operation manager was very helpful and friendly over the phone, every time i call she answers and she arranged for an early checked in. Breakfast in Kihei Cafe, Lunch in Cool Cat Lahaina, walking along the shores of Kihei, Wailea, Kaanapali beaches was very relaxing and enjoyable for family. The Garden of Eden in Hanna Hwy was scenic beauty. Highways of Maui was clean and beautiful scenery!

The listing for the property is accurate. The condo was spacious, very clean, bug free and nicely furnished. I appreciated the ease of not having to check in at "the office". I will definitely recommend this property to friends and family and when I return, I hope to stay here again.

An ideal place for the budget minded!

Viktoria is a gem as she excels in Guest Service Quality of Service! From the moment I first spoke with her, I could feel her genuine interest and attention to our needs in finding proper accomodations in Maui. Kihei Bay Vista has very well manicured grounds, a clean, 60 unit complex. The apartment was impeccable, they have all of the amenities that one needs to sense that you are in your home away from home. It is a vacation stay where you leave your daily stress and routine behind and let yourself breeze into the warm, exotic pace of this Island Paradise! They are well located with a beach just a few minutes away, across the street and they are at a good spot for any excursions on the island. In a nutshell, 2 weeks , this past November, in this property made it difficult to leave as the memories left behind, from D107, were priceless! I highly reccomend!

The unit we rented at Kihei Bay Vista very clean, well equipped, quiet, and in an excellent location. For the price, it is an excellent value, and its high rating in the 'Maui Revealed' book is well justified.

Recommended for: Age 55+, families with young children, sightseeing.

The condo was beautiful and the grounds and pool very nice. When we arrived my daughter dropped us off and she had her dog in the vehicle. They did not see the signs and backed in to allow us access to the trunk. We were accosted like we were trying to smuggle a dog into the condo and told that pets are not allowed on the premises. We did not feel very welcome but this was our only problem. Thanks you Victoria for helping us with the lock- just took a while to get the hang of it. Susan

Get away from the world and come to Maui!

This was my second time to Maui and my now fiancé’s first; our time here was so special and just what we needed to get away from the world. My fiancé proposed to me on our 3rd day here on a beautiful tucked away beach; so we have memories we will cherish forever from our time here and look forward to returning in the future. One thing I cannot emphasize enough is how amazing the air, the warm water, the sand and the sun make you feel. The people of Hawaii are so peaceful and welcoming, they make you feel relaxed. We all lead such fast paced lives...it is rejuvenating for the soul to leave that all behind and get on Maui time, so slow down, relax, have a tropical cocktail or 3, take it all in, get a tan and play in paradise. We prefer staying at condos compared with hotels as you feel more like you don't have to be bothered by all the hustle, bustle and hassles that come with the typical hotel stays. Our condo was easy to book, it was clean and comfortable, and it was a lifesaver to have a washer and dryer so we could pack light and not haul our sand filled stuff home. I loved the location as it was central to exploring the island; coming and going from the airport was easy, to head upcountry, to Hana, to Lahaina, and south to Wailea and Makena. The weather was perfect, warm and sunny, we swam with turtles in several locations, the drive to Hana although long was the most beautiful drive we have ever experienced. We found this spot to be just great for us to get up early head out to the beaches to snorkel and play in the warm and beautiful sand yet it was close enough to be able to return home to relax, shower and head out for the evening and dinner. We also enjoy cooking so it was great to have a kitchen and be able to have that option and the BBQ grills by the pool were great. I would definitely recommend staying here; it was quiet, clean and comfortable. The sunsets from the beach across the street were stunning. There are a number of restaurants just a few minutes south by car, Sansei was the best sushi we ever had anywhere and if you want local Hawaiian Comfort Food “Da Kitchen” is definitely the place to go. The property managers made us feel welcome and were very concerned about us and all guests when we had to evacuate due to a Tsunami warning; there were very helpful with suggestions and any questions. We can hardly wait until the next time we escape the mainland and arrive in paradise. Aloha.

Excellent place for families !!!

Last summer I took my family to Maui and I select, this property in Kihei for our stay. The choice could not had been better: Everything that was advertised was real; the room was clean and spacious enough to accommodate the four of us. Inside you can find anything you need like a Full Kitchen with all the appliances, washer and dryer, etc.. The property has a pool that my kids love it my spot was the Jacuzzi for sure :-). Across the street you were able to walk to the beach where you were able to see people practicing WINDSURF!!!!!. Management was very friendly helpful and they have enough parking stalls for all the customers. If you need a place on your next visit to Maui, I totally recommend you to book this place, thanks Sunny Maui Condos....

Perfect for our traveling family!

Last year we planned a family reunion on Maui and needed to find accommodations for 5 adults and 2 children that wouldn't break our travel bank. These units at Kihei Bay Vista were perfect. We were able to share the property photos with our son in Spain and we all decided that this was a great location and having a kitchen was golden for family breakfast and BBQ's. We loved that we could open the connecting doors to make a big unit and our grandchildren were in heaven with the pool. This was a great find with some great sunsets! The perfect vacation for our traveling family! Mahalo!

From Spain to Maui

We were delighted to see that the units were perfectly described to us and MORE!!! Traveling with our young daughters from Spain was a very long day and we were so happy the Sunny Maui Condos team described the units to us perfectly! The units were very clean and spacious, with updated furnishings and a full kitchen/DISHWASHER!! and a washer/dryer. Perfect for a 10 day stay with two little girls in and out of the pool that seemed to be right by our front door. Great location in Kihei close to Wailea/Makena and also an easy drive to Maalaea and the West Side of Maui. Across the street is a "Windsurf Beach" - at sunset we would walk over and watch the surfers catch waves and fly through the sky. Thanks Sunny Maui Condos for taking care of us so far away from home!
