The Merry Francis is closing down operation. So we wanted to take a moment and thank our many renters that visited with us over the past three years. Many of you were repeat visitors which we really appreciated given that we weren't ocean front. Just about everyone treated our home with respect and care, and it was a pleasure getting to know you via e-mail and phone. Folly Beach, aka the Edge, is a wonderful place, and we look forward to being back soon and hopefully sharing another home with folks. Until then, Relax, it's Folly.

Summer (May 26-Sep 08)... $250/night (weekly rental preferred).. $1500/week
Fall (Sep 08-Nov 18)... $225/night (3 night minimum)...........$1200/week
Winter (Nov 18-Mar 17)... $200/night (3 night minimum)...........$ 900/week
(Except Thanksgiving, Christmas, and New Years weeks ...$1200). SC taxes apply
Refundable $300/security deposit. Check in 3 p.m.; Check out 10 a.m.
Cleaning fee included in rental rate. Additional pet fee of $75
