Whether you want to just take it easy and enjoy our weather, or take in all the sites, you'll appreciate our newly refurbished condo where you can relax and rejuvenate. Our third floor unit offers beautiful oceans views from all windows and is just steps from the elevator and laundry room.
There's just something about the Sand Castle - its charming, old Florida style, on a large piece of land with a conservation area adjacent, so it has a more open and relaxed feel than the high-rises on the beach. We love it and think you will, too!

What a great place, we had so much fun and met so many nice people staying at our complex. The owners were great. Although we booked this condo before the owner placed it on VRBO, the photos were accurate. The property was clean and well-maintained. We would definitely recommend this condo. The unit had no oven or a balcony to sit out on, but you could bring chairs and sit outside as long as you brought them back in. Pool is not heated so no one went swimming in it. The Satellite beach area is a treasure, quiet with plenty of places to eat. It's near many attractions, we saw a Navy satellite launch right from our beach that was spectacular. You can walk for miles on the beach and we saw dolphins almost everyday. We hope to find a place next year in the same area and may stay for a longer period of time.Recommended for: Sightseeing, age 55+.

Owner info
About the owner: My parents were the first buyers of a unit at the Sand Castle when it converted to condos back in the '70's. We spent Christmases and spring breaks at the Sand Castle, and fell in love with the beach and the area. I contrived to move here while going to school. My mother then moved to the Sand Castle in the 80's and lived here until this past summer. Both brothers also migrated to this area. My daughter and I still spend several weeks each summer here and my husband whenever he can get away.
