Year Purchased: 2004
I originally bought this property as a place so my elderly parents from Rochester NY would have a place to spend their winters and be closer to their grandkids. Three years ago my Dad had a massive stroke and they are unable to travel and spend time at the lake. It is truly a beautiful home with a gorgeous view of the lake.
Why the Owner Chose Mooresville
It is located on a large bay/inlet with deep water at the dock. The screened porch gets the morning sun and it is located at the northern end of the lake which is much less crowded than the southern end of Lake Norman.
