The unit faces the ocean full on and Sugar Beach, the longest and whitest beach on Maui. That's what you see when you walk in the front door. That's the view from the living room and the bedroom. Only three palm trees between the Lanai and the ocean... PLEASE.. be sure to take the time to read the COMMENTS we have copied from our "Guest Book" at the condo from our previous guests. Beach Front and Accessible to Wailea and Laihaina for dining, shopping.Golf is every where. Maalea is just minutes away for all the water sports you could want. We offer a "Concierge" service that only recommends and makes connections with the best of Maui.
At certain times of the year Dolphins swim right past the Lanai and occassionally the whales can be seen as well. This property is like having your own beach front retreat...Everyone is friendly and there are quite a few permanent residents that will make you feel right at home.

Year Purchased: 1995
Owners Frank and Cameron DeAngelo live in Las Vegas Nevada and recently left REMAX International,where she brokered an office of 89 residential agents,to open their own small real estate company. "ALL Vegas Valley Realty". They have each been Realtors for 10 years. Cameron is the Broker for the new company and is highly respected in the Las vegas Valley by her peers and loved by her clients. We purchased our Condo after staying at the Kealia for the very first time. We stripped the entire space and replaced it with a new fully equipped kitchen with all new appliances. We did the bedroom and family room spaces with new flooring, carpet, new ceilings, new paint and even refloored the Lanai (patio).Yes, we did a lot of the work ourselves and after 20 days of hard work and Cameron working Frank half to death the results paid off. We are very proud of our finished product. We prefer to visit our little retreat at least twice a year but with the economy the way it is we found that we have to work more and play less...We made this little place a home away from home so that those that chose to be out guests would feel as much at home away from their own homes as we do when we are there. We promise you, you will find it very delightful and because it is so well equipped be much more economical,very fulfilling and more enjoyable than a stay in any hotel room. We stayed there once and we liked it so much we decided to purchase a unit in the Kealia Resort.
it was a great decision and we enjoy it more every time we take our vacations there . The walks on the beach that goes forever are awesome every morning.
The Unique Benefits of this Condominium
One of the most important things is the people that live in the building all year around are all so very friendly that you feel like part of the family. The manager Norma Jean and the office manager Sherri are wonderful people. We love the fact that we can walk on the beach in one particular direction for an hour and a half up and back and see maybe 15 or 20 people. The location is also convenient and minutes to Wailea which we call the Beverly Hills of Maui. There are a lot of great restaurants and all the sea sports are just around the corner in Maalea. If you want to go to Lahaina it's 17 miles. The Concierge service we use and recommend does everything first class and we get nothing but commpliments from our guests. Also we are only 8 miles from the airport and Kahalui if we need to shop. We love it and so will you.

Absolutely a wonderful week of activities but it was great coming back to our "home" here in Kihei. Everything here was very useful and helped us on our daily excursions.
