Year Purchased: 2007
We live in Pennsylvania and love geting to Duck as often as possible. We are busy parents who run a business, so down time is very important to us, and we find no better place to relax than Duck, with the beautiful natural surroundings and abundance of out door activity.
Why the Owner Chose Duck
We purchased this home because it is only a 7 hour very easy drive from our home near Philadelphia, yet we feel a million miles away from our hectic life. It is very easy to relax here.
The Unique Benefits of this House
We love walking to the beach to watch the dolphins in the mornings, spending the day stroling to the shops, or soaking upo the sun on the beach, then having a glass of wine while watching the sunset over the sound. There is also a great restaurant and spa right on the sound, Aqua, which is literally a 5 minute stroll from the house.
