'Wrigley's Field' is our charming Seagrove beach house named after our beloved Chicago Cubs and our dog, Wrigley. Our beach house is conveniently located in the heart of Seagrove Beach. 3 bedrooms/3 full baths. The master suite and second upstairs bedroom are both suites which have their own full bathrooms for privacy. Approximately 100 yards to the nearest beach access, or a 2 minute walk to the beach access. The central location is perfect for all your recreational needs. Seaside is 1 mile away; Veridian (V) restaurant is one mile away; Publix grocery store is about 1.5 miles away; and Angelina's Italian Restaurant, the very elegant Cafe 30a, and the only Tom Thumb convenience store between Dune Allen and east intersection with Highway 98 are all within the block. There is a private community swimming pool across the street and the beach, shops, bike paths, and state parks are all within walking distance.
This property features 3 large plantation style porches off the front and back of the house and the master suite porch even features a peek of the ocean. It has an outdoor shower, a deck, and a large backyard with a Weber grill. We have a couple bicycles to travel down to Seaside, perfect for the bikepath. The driveway can accommodate parking for up to 4 vehicles.
The 30a area has some of the best restaurants with lots of live music options. Seaside has the famous Bud & Alley's restaurants (taco bar and pizza bars) and Great Southern which has a happy hour each day from 4-6 pm. The Redbar located in Grayton Beach serves the best crabcakes and has the best Sunday brunch where the local band Dread Clampitt plays from 12-3. You never know what celebrity or musician you may run into while at the Redbar. Blue Mountain Beach has a new winebar called Naked Grape which often has live music and serves tapas food with a killer winelist.
This cozy house is set up perfectly for family vacations. The first floor has a bedroom that sleeps six. The spacious kitchen, living room, and dining area are all on the first floor, as well as a full bathroom. A side door leads to a fenced backyard for your four legged family member. The second floor holds the master suite and a guest bedroom, each with private full bathrooms. The master suite bathroom has a separate bathtub and shower with a separate water closet. Both of the second floor bedroom suites have full plantation porches with multiple adirondack chairs.
Seagrove Beach is conveniently located between Panama City Beach and Sandestin on scenic Highway 30-A. The area is ideal for vacations, weddings, or other special occasions. You can relax on the beach, visit world famous Seaside, shop at the Silver Sands Outlet Mall, or play at any of our challenging golf courses. The location is ideal for all your recreational needs. Spent a week in this adorable beach house! 4 adults and 2 children under the age of two ruled the roost for 1 week. The home was family friendly and fully stocked. The owners were so thoughtful in that there were beach toys, an umbrella and boogie boards for the kids to play with. They also left a top 5 things to do list and we hit all of them…enjoying one after another. The pool and the beach were so close that we could go back and forth a few times a day with the kids. The local town of Seaside was a hit and offered something for all of us. We would bike there every night and eat at the various restaurants, have picnics with snacks from the food trucks and the kids would run around on the green enjoying the many concerts and movie nights. Moms shopped, dads golfed and kids built sand castles at sunset…all memories that will last a lifetime. Staying here you will get a taste of what it's like to be a local, you'll want to come back again and again.Recommended for: Families with teenagers, pet owners, romantic getaway, families with young children, girls getaway, tourists without a car.

A darling home that is beautifully decorated and located near so many amenities!! House is equipped with everything you need for your stay. Bunk room was a huge hit!! Very close walk to the beach with a new beach access and walking distance to Seaside. A Tom Thumb is walking distance away and a Publix is about a mile away. Owners are outstanding and work very hard to make sure their renters are very satisfied! We will definitely stay here again in the future!! Thank you for a wonderful Spring Break!!Recommended for: Pet owners, families with young children, girls getaway.

I stayed at this property within the past year and had a great experience. The home was clean and well organized with everything we needed. It is centrally located between beach towns with a quick walk to the beach and a short bike ride or car ride to the Seagrove town center where one of my favorite hangouts, Bud & Alley's is located. Between the beaches, bike paths, restaurants, bars & shops there was plenty to do day & night. All in all, the owners took extra care to make sure we were comfortable and had a good time so we will definitely be back!Recommended for: Families with teenagers, sightseeing, romantic getaway, age 55+, families with young children, girls getaway, tourists without a car.

Our family has fallen in love with charming Route 30A and this great beach cottage in Seagrove -- just a short walk or bike ride from the world-famous community of Seaside. The owners have kept the house in terrific shape, and the pictures they listed and their description perfectly reflect the charm and warmth of this beautiful, scenic house in one of the best vacation areas in the United States. The beach is just moments away, and the bike path is parallel to the Gulf, offering a picturesque and long ride on this popular bike route. We found the restaurants unique, the food excellent, and the entertainment very good at the local bars and restaurants. I would highly recommend this beach cottage to anyone wanting a special vacation stay on one of the most beautiful areas of the United States. Seagrove and the surrounding communities are every bit as charming and unique as is this adorable Seagrove Beach Cottage. Our family had the most wonderful time, and we would highly recommend this beach cottage to all our friends!Recommended for: Families with teenagers, sightseeing, pet owners, romantic getaway, age 55+, families with young children, girls getaway, adventure seekers.

Why the Owner Chose Village of Sugar Beach:
We have been in the local area for almost seven years, and 30A is our favorite location on the Emerald Coast. The proximity to the beach, restaurants, live music, bike paths, and local community events was amazing to us. There is always something to do in this area.
The Unique Benefits at this House:
The bike path, the beach, Tom Thumb, a Redbox movie rental, and a lot of restaurants are within walking distance. A short drive takes your choice of Destin or Panama City Beach. We love to walk our dog to Seaside and grab a coffee at Amavida or let her run on the nearby beach.
