LUCKILY, OUR HOME SUFFERED ABSOLUTELY NO DAMAGE AT ALL FROM HURRICANE SANDY. EVERYTHING IS EXACTLY AS YOU SEE IN THE PICTURES. This three bedroom, two full bath, single-family home is just a two blocks from the beach and one block to the bay. It is located on a one way street in a quiet neighborhood. The home has been completely renovated inside to provide all the modern amenities. This includes all brand new kitchen with new appliances, new bathrooms with marble tile and fixtures, entire house repainted, new carpeting, and all brand new furniture throughout the entire house including the mattresses and boxsprings. The property also has a newly built outside shower and changing area for rinsing off after returning from the beach.
The house is centrally located within walking distance to great restaurants, Wawa, food market, pizza shop, ice cream parlor, and pharmacy. We offer 6 beach tags, movies and family board games in addition to High-speed wireless internet.
The back deck provides a quiet and private setting to cook on the Weber gas bbq grill, while the fence around the backyard will help keep pets and children from wandering off.

Bedroom 1: New Twin beds compliment the fresh new feel of this charming bedroom with new dresser and night stand. Children and adults will enjoy the added feature of a desk.
Bedroom 2: This room features an upgraded Double size bed and is done in a comforting and relaxing cottage decor.
Master Bedroom: Huge Master addition added with vaulted ceilings featuring an upgraded brand new King size bed, and cable TV. Is also done in a peaceful cottage color.
There is a brand new Master bath with shower, mable tile floor, granite countertop and new fixtures.
All new Full bath with new tub, new floor and wall tile, new fixtures.
Living Room -Decorated in colors of the sea and shore with a cottage feel! Comfortable brand new leather furniture for watching TV or curling up with your favorite book.
Kitchen: Full kitchen with all appliances, including gas stove and oven, mircowave, coffee maker, toaster. Lots of dishes, glasses, silverware and cooking utensils will make cooking (or those takeouts) a breeze.
Seperate Laundry room with newer washer and dryer.
Outside shower with hot & cold water to rinse off or shower the kids!
Adults/families only, no smoking. Pets allowed only at owner's discretion for an additional 10% rent.

We had an excellent stay at this house last year and are looking forward to going back this year. We loved the back deck with the grill and the huge master bedroom in the back of the house. Great fenced in yard in the back for our dog and everything was nice and clean and new. For the money this house can't be beat.Recommended for: Families with teenagers, tourists without a car, pet owners, girls getaway, families with young children.

My husband, 6 month old daughter, 2 dogs and I stayed here 9/15-9/22 2012 and had a fantastic vacation. The entire house was well kept and very clean. The master bedroom and bathroom are beautiful, spacious and cozy and have sliding doors to the back deck. The kitchen is very well equipped. We brought a lot of food with the intention of eating most of our meals in the house and had no problem doing that with the supplies in the kitchen. Although there isn’t central air, the 3 window units and ceiling fans throughout the house worked great and we were very comfortable the entire week. The fenced yard was a huge bonus for us with the dogs but keep in mind that the fences are low and while we were there 3 of the 4 neighboring yards also had dogs. So you if you have a jumper that might be a problem. The living room furniture was very comfortable and the house has a good cable selection with some premium channels. I don’t know if you can do this in the summer but it was also very easy to drive and park right at the beach at the end of our street. It would have been easy to walk from the house but since we could park right at the entrance and we had baby gear that was easier, I’m not sure if this is possible during the summer though. The only issues we had were not with the house. First, there were a lot of mosquitos which we weren’t prepared for. Second, if you are going outside of the strict summer months/weeks keep in mind that it gets very slow. That makes it easier to get seats at the restaurants but there are no ice cream places open (which I was looking for). This house gave us exactly what we were looking for which was a quiet family vacation at the beach where we could take our dogs. We went to the beach several days, took the dogs to the beach, went to the AC boardwalk and Gardener’s Basin (there’s a small aquarium there where we spent about 45 minutes), went to a few restaurants and just relaxed. We’ll definitely return the next time we go to Brigantine.Recommended for: Age 55+, pet owners, romantic getaway, families with young children.

We stayed for a week in mid-June and were very happy with the house. The owners were very hospitable and responsive to any questions we had. The house had plenty of room for 4 adults and even allowed us to take our small dog. It was very clean, with sheets and towels provided, a great deck out back with a grill and nice shade from a tree, beach tags and beach chairs. It was a quick walk to the beach - you could hear it at night. Brigantine is beautiful - a nice, quiet, peaceful place. We had the beach to ourselves for a while - so nice. Definitely recommend this house for a wonderful vacation at a reasonable price!Recommended for: Families with teenagers, age 55+, sightseeing, tourists without a car, pet owners, girls getaway, romantic getaway, families with young children, adventure seekers.

Why the Owner Chose Brigantine:
Brigantine is the closest beach from the Philadelphia area, only a total of 6 traffic lights from our home and we do not have to deal the Garden State Parkway. Beaches are beautiful and UNCROWDED and has an old school beach town feel to it.
The Unique Benefits at this House:
We especially like going 4 wheeling on the North end of the Island with our dog. The beaches are uncrowded and the Island is quiet, but we also enjoy going to Atlantic City for some excitement.
