Rick and Barclay were the perfect owners of a home that found endless rooms of comfort, enjoyment and beauty out every window, the deck and everywhere from the long driveway to the spectacular home. Without a doubt, the home provided the best of the best including the cost, decorations, hospitality and welcoming by the owners. Would highly recommend this home to anyone for a short stay to a week or more..........it has it all: Beauty, landscape, highly decorated, lots of kitchen supplies, a baby grand and even an electric massage & foot chair that we all waited for after a long day golfing. And the best of it, if you are a golfer, there are incredible courses as close as 15 minutes at unbelievable rates................FIRST RATE FIRST CLASS Vacation Home. 5 STARS for SURE!!Recommended for: Sightseeing, age 55+, families with teenagers, romantic getaway, girls getaway.

Great House !!! Very clean, nicely decorated,plenty of room, close to shopping, Biltmore, hiking. Stayed for the holidays with my Inlaws . Everyone had a great time including our dog, fenced yard was perfect. They even had the house decorated for Christmas. Planning to make this our new regular vacation getaway. Great owners very helpful and always available.Recommended for: Sightseeing, adventure seekers, age 55+, families with teenagers, pet owners, girls getaway.

I truly enjoyed my stay at 111 Skyview Drive. The pictures are great and I was even more pleased when I arrived as everything is better in person! You need to see this house in person to appreciate it's location to town and the Impressive views. As my guests trickled in throughout the rental period, we always seemed to wander out to the large deck to take in the Incredible views of a few mountains! The home was more than enough in terms of the quality of the furniture and artwork, and the area is quiet yet it's less than 4 miles from town. I would recommend this house!!!Recommended for: Adventure seekers, age 55+, families with teenagers, pet owners, romantic getaway, families with young children, girls getaway.

Beautiful house in North Asheville. Spacious, updated, and full of art and lovely furniture. Views of the mountains from windows and the large deck. Quiet night and day. Very convenient to the city of Asheville and all the local offerings - of which there are many (Asheville is a "happening" place.) The owners are friendly, and helpful. I would recommend this home to any visitors lucky enough to rent it!Recommended for: Sightseeing, adventure seekers, age 55+, families with teenagers, romantic getaway, girls getaway.

This home was awesome! It is by far our favorite vacation rental. It is warm, inviting, spacious and perfectly appointed. We have rented it several times and hope to keep coming back in the years to come. It truly feels like a real home and not just a vacation rental. You can tell that it has been well loved and enjoyed. The deck and the views are spectacular at all time of day and night. Also, we must admit that the big screen TVs were great for putting our feet up and relaxing with a movie in the evenings. I wish every home we rent could be as wonderful as this one.Recommended for: Sightseeing, adventure seekers, age 55+, families with teenagers, pet owners, romantic getaway, families with young children, girls getaway.

About the owner: I manage a few properties, both residential and commercial which allows for a bit of travel here and there. It is always nice to be able to meet and converse with tenants and their families and hear of their travels.
Why the Owner Chose Asheville:
Asheville is my favorite place to visit, either for pleasure or business. My dogs and I love the easy drive from Fort Lauderdale to Asheville and visit quite often! I enjoy the mountains and surrounding towns and have made many new friends here.
