  We took a family trip to Fajardo which included two 2 year olds. The condo was perfect for everyone's needs! The pools were beautiful and we mostly had them all to ourselves. There was an outside shower by the pool which made bathing the two 2 year olds easy and fun for them. The play area for the kids stays shaded most of the time which was super nice. Also if you go to the beach in the morning it too is shaded. The condo has a beach cart with a cooler, four chairs and umbrella as well as plenty of beach toys! We preferred to go to the right of the Seven Seas Beach because it was much cleaner and quieter. Seven Seas Beach is extremely busy on the weekends... but not really an other time; however, it stays filthy at all times. There is trash every where!!! The condo was clean and a nice size. We found it had everything we needed. We would stay here again!!

  Great location for many activites. Condo had wonderful decor. Grounds were emaculate and pool clean, had it to ourselves entire week. Beach was great for swimming, not so much snorkling. Hidden beach was walk from condo was a fun family adventure. Load up on groceries at Ralphs which is 10 min away. Few issues were the microwave didn't work the best, the ice in fridge didn't dispense out door I believe it is suppose to. Guest bath had dirty towel hanging in bathroom and tub was full of sand and sink faucet was extremely loose. Only supplied half roll of TP in each bath for entire week. Suppose to load and run dishwasher last day but detergent was empty. Washer and dryer came in handy, kids loved the free wifi. Too many things to do and not enough time. We kayaked bio bay which is 5 min from condo. Take a right out of gate and drive to end of road and end at park where the outfitters bring their trailers of kayaks. Park has food kiosks to try a variety of cheap local dishes. Kids loved the pina coladas! Catamaran trip was incredible and also very close to condo. Take a left out of condo and follow road around to left past El Conguistador and go a few miles to marina. If you continue past marina turn off you will continue a few miles further to the ferry turn off which has signs clearly matked. Took ferry to Culebra and Flamenco beach. Make sure to get ferry ticket office before 7:00 to get tickets. If you get motion sickness might be good to take something for it before you take ferry. Ferry was only $5 round trip and same for shuttle to beach. Lots of kiosks at beach make sure you have cash. Great cheap day in paradise. Nature preserve with tour and spanish lighthouse is a short walk to right out of condo. El Yunquin rainforest only 15 min drive so was Luiquillo beach with row of kiosks and souveniers. I don't think we could have found an any more perfect condo location for all the things we did or wanted to do while on our vacation in PR!

  Owner response: Thank you for your review. We regret that you had a few issues that, perhaps, might have been resolved with a phone call. Regarding the microwave, the ice in fridge and the sink faucet, they could have been fixed if I, as the property manager, would have taken notice of these issues. In relation to the guest bath that had a dirty towel and that the tub was full of sand, I will personally passed the complaint to the maintenance crew which is paid in order to maintain clean all the apartment, including towels and tubs. Then again, I never received notice of this issue. I would’ve love to fix the problem to make your stay more comfortable. We remind you that this apartment is a vacation rental (not a hotel) and every family needs to bring or purchase their personal articles as toilet paper and soap. I apologize for these inconvenient and we will take immediate actions on these matters.   We enjoyed our stay at this well equipped condo. The condo was very clean and the grounds are very well maintained with a very nice pool area. We did not use the small private pool, but it is a nice feature. The condo has everything you need as far as cooking and recreation. We particularly liked the beach chair set that helped make our beach time very comfortable. There is a decent beach right across the street, although we preferred the Loquillo Beach about 10-15 minutes away. There are several very good restaurants in the immediate area. We really liked La Estacion, Di Yukas and the wonderful Las Vista Cafe. The food Kiosks at Loquillo Beach were also fun. The owners were very responsive when we had questions and I would recommend this property.

  I highly recommend this property. The beach is just across the street, there is a nice cafe a half a block away, the pool across the parking lot very nice with plenty of tables and chairs + a bathroom, swing sets for children, and quiet. A nice patio on the side of the house with a grill and a little pool that was clean and secured by a fence to protect little children. It was also screened from public view, and very well gardened . The refrigerator produces its own ice, the oven is easy to use and the kitchen was well equipped. The television worked well though it was basic cable and since it was not HD the images were not great, but I guess I am spoiled. Close to Luquillo, the most beautiful beach in Puerto Rico for swimming, and kiosk restaurants. I lived in Puerto Rico and have been back many times, this is the best rental yet.

  A very nice vacation for the family. The photos of the condo are accurate. We did not have any major issues with anything. We had a question about the gate opener which was answered promptly right when we called, and never another issue after. The kitchen is nice, well stocked for what you need, and we were able to make use of the private pool every day, as well as the community pools. How nice to have that little pool. Everything worked the way it was supposed to (A/C, oven, fridge, washer/dryer etc) and we had a very relaxing time. As many have mentioned the beaches in some areas do have trash and debris. Nothing the owners can fix, but something to be aware of. The condo was clean, and comfortable. We used the A/C as there were some mosquitos out and about. This condo is in a nice location outside of busy San Juan, if you want to explore El Yunque or hit some other beaches its a nice quiet area. Seven Seas Beach is literally across the street and again basically empty when we were there. There is a grocery store 10 minutes away or so as well as a Wallgreens. We had plenty of room and the complex was essentially empty the week we were there. The complex it self is very well kept, the pools as well as the rest rooms were spotless, and the playground for the little ones was a bonus. It was nice to sit by the pool and watch the little ones on the playground, and know they were safe. The weather was absolutly perfect and we had a blast. We were lucky to find this place and would consider returning. Thank you for helping us to enjoy our winter vacation.

  We really enjoyed staying at this condo for our visit to Puerto Rico mainland. The condo was much larger than I expected, very clean, and with all the modern conveniences. The new remodels in the bedrooms were a lovely surprise, and very nice. Maira provided all of the information we needed to make check-in, check-out and everything in between as easy as possible. We really appreciated the location, as it was near El Yunque, the Biobay, Luquillo, all of the places we wished to visit, and there were many great restaurants nearby - La Estacion was a treat. Although the location near the beach was excellent, Seven Seas was less than I had hoped for. You really have to travel to Culebra or Vieques for the stunning beaches, which we did later. Although we never used it, the pool area was quite lovely as well. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay and would consider returning to this condo for a future visit to Puerto Rico.

  This property was everything advertised and really so much more. We had a fabulous stay and look forward to renting from Maira again soon. The beaches are breathtakingly beautiful. There is the popular Seven Seas Beach across the street with other beaches a few minutes walk away. There is a Reserve just 100 yards from the property which offers a wonderful guided tour of mangrove trees, an historic lighthouse and the Laguna Grande which is one of the five Bioluminescent Bays in the world. One of our many adventures including taking a 2 mile walk to several secluded beaches including Red Beach and Hidden Beach. I highly recommend you consider the same. Other adventures we would recommend include - - Kayaking at night through Laguna Grande - Snorkeling / Mini-boat tour offered by Kayaking Puerto Rico - Ziplining at the Rain Forest - Visiting La Mina falls and taking a dip in the pool at the base of the falls - Visiting Castillo San Cristobal in Old San Juan - Visiting Guavate and enjoying La Ruta del Lechon This unit has its own private pool (which we never even used due to so many activities) along with 2 common pools. Very nice accomodations all the way around. One word of caution when visiting Puerto Rico and one that we failed to take note of... Go to the nearby Walmart and buy some OFF Bug Spray. The tropical setting definitely brings the mosquitos. Once we had the OFF we were fine but suffered many bites the first day before we sprayed. Book this property. You will NOT regret it.

  We visited PR this past August with my family of 5 including 3 teenagers. We stayed in this condo in Fajardo across from Seven Seas beach. The condo was perfect! It was excellent for the price. Very roomy so everyone had some space. Very nicely decorated and CLEAN. The beach right across the way was lovely. Very beautiful water, we snorkeled on the last day and saw many sea urchins and fish. The beach just up the road is also pretty and there is a restaurant right on the water so you can enjoy sitting by the water and eating. This is just a 1 block walk from the condo. During the week it felt a little quiet at the condo but there were more people around on the weekend. The condo was also very centrally located to many area attractions. We went to the bay area a few times and had dinner, this is only 5 minutes away by car. We took a night boat trip onto the bioluminescent bay which was awesome. We hiked in the rain forest which is only 20-30 minutes away. And we took a longer trip into Old San juan for the day where we shopped and then had dinner watching Flamenico dancers. (My daughters even got up to dance!) The owner Maria Isabel was wonderful, while we were there, tropical storm Irene came to town. It was unclear if it was going to get to hurricane status and we were not sure what to do. she kept us informed and told us that while the condo was very safe, (it has hurricane shutters) if we felt better moving to a resort for the night in case there is a loss of power, she would refund us for the night. We decided to do that and that made us feel a little better, although the condo was fine, no damage and no loss of power. this was a last minute vacation for us and it turned out great!

  We stayed here an entire week and we had an excellent stay. We had a family of 6; 2 adults and four boys ages 15-9. The condo was exactly what I expected it to be. The boys had plenty of room, they enjoyed swimming in both pools every day. The beach chairs and cart were a definite plus and the abundance in towels helped tremendously! Also, the extra pillows and covers were useful too seeing the boys fell asleep in the living room watching the Olympics almost every night. In reading the previous review in regards to the kitchen, I can agree it missed the little things such as salt and pepper and things of that nature but we took a trip to Wal-Mart which was a ten minute drive and got what we needed. We made breakfast every day at the condo and ate out for lunch and dinner. The beach across the street was littered and with drinking permitted there is a lot of glass walking to it but as we were directed, if you walk to the right of the condo and down behind the entrance of the Nature Reserve, the beach is beautiful. Not rocky unless you swim out a little. Wi-fi was out and my oldest had a Fantasy Football draft he needed to do one of the nights but he managed to do it on his phone. I had contaced the owners in regards to the wi-fi and they were very quick in responding even though they were traveling themselves and did what they could to get the wi-fi back on but it was the internet company's outage. The packet they include with restaurants and places to visit with directions is very helpful, we took that every where. My boyfriend has always done resorts or hotels when he goes away and he was very pleased with the rental. We would definitely stay here again.

  My husband and I went with our 4 children and inlaws. The condo accommidated us all, it had chairs for the beach and even toys for the kids to play in the sand with. We even used the grill one day. My family and I had a great time and would recommend this condo to our friends and family as a great vacation destination. The condo was clean and and in very nice condition. Our girls loved the beach and we loved how close and accesible it was from our condo. My husband is already talking about going back next year. We used the kitchen several times during our stay to make dinner and it was fully equiped with everything we needed. We had a great relaxing stay.
