These five, recently upgraded, smoke-free condos in the Marine Surf Waikiki, 364 Seaside Avenue, are located in the heart of Waikiki one block from the beach.
These spacious accommodations offer upgraded interiors featuring fully-equipped kitchens with four-burner range and oven, refrigerator, dishwasher and microwave. Three large studios sleep four adults comfortably on a queen bed and queen sofa bed, and two studios sleep two adults on one king bed. A lanai (balcony) with table and chairs offers sunset and city views.
Additional features include stereo system with iPod/iPhone/iPad docking station, flat panel televisions with cable, DVD and free local telephone service and answering machine. This condo was just what we were looking for! Great location, quiet, clean and well maintained, free internet, AND free garage parking! The place had everything we needed and was close to all kinds of great restaurants and shopping! I would highly recommend this place and Nick was a pleasure to work with. We had a pleasure to stay in on of Nick's condos in May. It was spacious, spotless clean, location was superb. Free parking, internet and calls were a bonus. Proximity to beach and all restaurant and conveniences of Waikiki made our stay so enjoyable. Nick's condo was well prepared, plenty of towels, cleaning supplies, beach mats, glassware, along with all instructions regarding laundry, answering machine etc. Our nearly two year old didnt want to leave!!! On top of that was Nick. He was so nice, helpful, it was more then pleasure to meet him. Hope we will be able to stay in one of his properties in the future.Recommended for: Families with young children.

Nick, We had an amazing time in Waikiki!! Your condo was perfect!!! It was decorated nicely, it had all the amenities that we could ask for. The bed was extremely comfortable. We loved the lanai with a view of the ocean and the city, great location. The free parking was perfect, it allowed us to walk and use the car when needed. Your recommendations for places to eat were great! When we can go to Hawaii again...we will stay at your condo's. The photo's were just like the room, everything was clean and well maintained. This was my first time in Oahu and I couldn't have picked a better place to stay for the price you pay. Walking distance to the beach, shops and restaurants. I can’t say enough fabulous things about our stay at Marine Surf Waikiki! I was a little apprehensive before we got there – having booked this online and sight unseen – but my fears were put to rest the minute I stepped into the condo – absolutely gorgeous! It was spotless, the décor beautiful, the kitchen perfect for a long stay, the bed comfy, the TVs – I could go on and on. Nick met us there upon our arrival and made sure we had everything we needed. He checked in with us the next day to make sure all was well and we really appreciated that. He thought of every detail to make our stay wonderful – even had beach chairs, umbrella, and towels to use. Also the free parking and internet were a HUGE savings and the location was absolutely perfect! We will definitely be staying here again the next time we vacation in Oahu – it was heaven in paradise!Recommended for: Romantic getaway, adventure seekers, tourists without a car, sightseeing.

I came to Honolulu for work, and I was really impressed with everything at Nick's apartment. It was wonderfully stocked and maintained. And Nick was incredibly helpful and informative. The apartment is ideally situated for access to the city, which suited me, as well as being in the very heart of Waikiki itself. I loved it, and hope to come back soon for a proper vacation.Recommended for: Age 55+, romantic getaway, girls getaway, tourists without a car, sightseeing.

I was hesitant about staying at a private condo, once we arrived I felt right at home. The condo had everything you could think of, ice cooler, beach towels, every kitchen gadget and more. We definitely are staying at the Marine Surf, excellent location and quiet! My husband & I stayed at Nick's place for 10 days. We just loved it. It 's so well centered to everything with walking distance to shows, restaurants, beaches and buses. Life there never stop. The Studio was well maintained and the bed was extremely comfortable. We would recommend Nick's place to anyone and give it a 10 ++. We are now in Maui trying to relax a bit as we need a vacation from Oahu before heading home to Canada. Again, Thank you Nick for everything. We had never visited Oahu before, and really didn't know what to expect. This condo was not only affordable, offered secure parking (very important if you rent a car) it was literally in the middle of everything! We watched the fireworks from the lanai on Friday night, grabbed coffee at the Starbucks across the street and met the tour buses on the corner. The beach is right down the street and we walked there several times per day. The condo is well outfitted with sheets, towels and a complete kitchen. There is even coin operated laundry right down the hallway. Nick mailed the keys to my house before we left to accomodate our late arrival, he included detailed info re: driving, parking, and called to be sure everything was as promised.Recommended for: People with disabilities, families with young children, age 55+, romantic getaway, families with teenagers, girls getaway, adventure seekers, tourists without a car, sightseeing.

Year Purchased: 2002
About the owner: I moved to Hawaii in January 2002 from San Diego, and purchased six vacation rental properties in Waikiki. I'm a retired architect and now have my own company, Waikiki Ocean View Condos LLC, which operates and manages the rental properties. I own both short-term and long-term rentals here on the island of Oahu, and live in a historic 1926 English Tudor home in one of the oldest neighborhoods in Honolulu.
Why the Owner Chose Marine Surf:
Waikiki has long been a leading destination for world travelers with its rich history and beautiful location. In recent years many improvements were made to the beaches, parks, shopping and dining establishments, as well as many of the hotels. Our condos offer the traveler comfortable accommodations at prices far below those quoted by the hotels. Additionally, I currently am the board President for the entire building's condo association.
