This three bedroom, two bath, smoke-free house is situated at the top of the Beachgate path to the fabulous Seacliff State Park in Aptos, with miles of white sand beaches ideal for walking, sunbathing. jogging, swimming and beach recreation. You can walk down the beach to restaurants.
The house is located in a quaint, upscale, safe neighborhood. There are ocean views from all three sides of the upstairs. Fabulous views. We have a small one story house between us and the ocean.
This beach has some of the warmest water and safest swimming in Northern California, and provides summer lifeguards, restrooms, showers, snack bar, and a great fishing pier.
Take a short walk south on the beach to the town of Rio Del Mar, with restaurants and supplies.
The living room, dining room, kitchen, master bedroom, and two decks feature views of the Monterey Bay from Pleasure Point all the way south to Monterey.
Relax and enjoy looking out over the migration of gray whales, the thousands of shore birds, and the antics of the local dolphins and sea lions.
Main upper floor, master bedroom has a queen bed. The second and third bedrooms are downstairs, with a queen bed and french doors to a private garden in one and a full bed and single bed in the third bedroom. There is a full second bath is downstairs. There is a also a fenced landscaped garden and a garage for secure parking.
Close to the Santa Cruz beach and boardwalk. Minutes to Capitola shopping and restaurants. Beach has picnic tables and barbecue grills. We provide dishes and containers for picnics.
This is a family rental. Ideal for 2 adults and 1-4 children or 4 adults with 3 children.

This is a family beach house that we have used since 1970. It was remodeled a few years ago. Our family ranges in age from 2-89 years and we love taking the steps down to the beach. We can walk to restaurants, coffee shops and stores. It is a cozy, spacious home. Lots of games, ping pong and a friendly safe neighborhood.
