Come and relax on a private deep water cove on Lake Hartwell in a beautiful new 2200 square foot contemporary "Cliffs Design" home with a country feel. This smoke-free home is situated at the end of a gravel road on a one acre lot with plenty of privacy. Enjoy the bright open floor plan or relax on rockers on the wrap around porch.
The top level has two bedrooms, one with two single twin beds, another with a queen-size bed and an alcove with a single bed. The main level has a master with two closets and a king-size bed. Beautifully furnished, this house features an antique dining table which easily seats twelve. Sorry NO pets.
Vaulted ceilings and unique vertical skylight-type windows give a breath-taking feel to the great-room. Downstairs, enjoy a full-size rec room complete with a Half Bath, Wet Bar, Dart Board and a top-of-the-line eight foot POOL table. Be lazy and view the lake on a swing attached to the bottom of the deck.
The covered boat dock with electrical outlets and plenty of lighting is one slip with over 11 feet of water depth at full pool. For the angler, this cove is known for great fishing. Rock Springs public boat launch is 5 minutes away. Harbor Light Marina, 15 minutes, T60 Grill, 25 minutes. We are 7 miles from GA exit 177 off I85. T33 channel marker at Paynes Creek on the Georgia side of the lake.
