In 2009 this home was completely remodeled and upgraded with the finest amenities and furnishings making it ideal for that modern but casual indoor/outdoor California lifestyle.
This home features a large pool and grounds with great mountain and ocean views, 4 fireplaces, 3 Large Bedrooms all with king size beds and massive views, 3 Full and 1 Half bath which are finished with mahogany cabinets, marble & mosaic stone.
The master suite includes a private den with a fireplace and flat screen TV, wonderful for getting away from it all, but also a great place for small children to sleep close to Mom & Dad.

We used this home as a base while touring colleges in Southern California over my son's spring break. The house is wonderful, from the furnishings, the pool and deck area, beautifully decorated and comfortable bedrooms, movies, games, incredible kitchen area. It was a joy to stay there and recharge our batteries between college visits. The home is well-cared for, extremely clean and orderly. I cannot say enough wonderful things about the house and the location.Recommended for: Adventure seekers, age 55+, romantic getaway, families with teenagers, girls getaway, sightseeing.

This home definitely exceeded our expectations. It was beautifully decorated and had so much charm. It was impeccably clean and the owners could not be nicer or more accommodating. We took our three children and went hiking, sailing, and biking, and visited the Santa Barbara zoo and the wine country but also spent many days relaxing poolside at this beautiful home. The restaurants around town were fantastic (our favorite was Tre Lune) and the wine cake at Pierre LaFond is a winner. I would highly recommend this vacation!Recommended for: Adventure seekers, age 55+, romantic getaway, families with teenagers, families with young children, girls getaway, sightseeing.

We arrived at this property mid October, last year, to a wonderful surprise. We had viewed the home on line and were very excited for our long weekend stay. But when we arrived and walked through the grand front door, our excitement turned to complete awe! The photos couldn't capture the spectacular view and the warmth and comfort of the home. We are leaving for our third stay later this month and will continue to visit as often as possible, three times a year is what we're averaging now! We have been fortunate to travel extensively. One of my favorite places is the Amalfi Coast, Italy. I enjoy this home in this city just as much if not more (much closer). I would not only recommend this property, I would say you must go!Recommended for: Adventure seekers, age 55+, romantic getaway, families with teenagers, girls getaway, sightseeing.

A perfect getaway...the house was inviting, beautifully decorated with up to date finishes. The gardens were well maintained with a lovely patio just outside the kitchen where we enjoyed many dinners. I just returned home from this hidden gem just off the beaten path in beautiful Montecito and I'm not quite sure where to begin. I was pleasantly surprised when I arrived at the property, as the photos do not even do it justice. This is truly a luxury home in every sense of the word. The property is gorgeous, tasteful, spacious, well equipped and has some of the most stunning views I have ever seen. The floor-plan, high beamed ceilings and outdoor space make this three bedroom home look and feel much larger. Each of the bedrooms and bathrooms are located in completely different areas of the house so privacy is not a concern. The amenities and appliances are all top of the line and the landscaping is equally as impressive. There are so many interesting nooks and crannies where you can lounge, sunbathe or just take in the stunning views. The neighborhood is lovely and quiet and just a 5 minute drive down the hill is the charming village of Montecito. We are already talking about making it an annual trip!Recommended for: Age 55+, families with teenagers, girls getaway.

My husband and I stayed at this gorgeous home for our anniversary. The property itself is beautifully maintained and the view of the coastline is breathtaking. We explored Santa Barbara and enjoyed driving through the Montecito area, and eating and shopping in the villages. We had such a great time there, we plan on going back this year, but we are going to take our family!Recommended for: Adventure seekers, age 55+, romantic getaway, families with teenagers, families with young children, girls getaway, sightseeing.
